Not happy with my recent experience. They told me a set price (for a simple pedi) when I asked and then charged me differently. Accusing me of getting a service I did not get. They said okay when I pressed the matter but still charge more. Won’t be going back! -_-

I had a wonderful experience at 5 Star Nails! Danny was my nail tech and did an amazing job with my French tip pedicure. Danny adds an elegant touch to the classic French tip look, which I adore. He was kind, attentive, and stayed focused even during the busy hours. His massage skills were great too, super relaxing! Highly recommend booking with Danny if you visit.

The service here was immaculate. From The greetings when entering to the following up and checking on you during your visit. The professionalism and customer service is top tier. I definitely would recommend this establishment to anyone. My nail tech I personally go to is Anna. Ask for her...she is a beast with the art and have you looking and feeling good. She treats you just like family.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years! Tina, the owner, treats me and my daughter, 15 years old, like family. She greets me with a smile every time! Loi is the master or fill-ins and nail shape. He gets my daughter’s nail right every time.

I have been searching for a new salon for over a year and had no idea this hidden gem was right in my backyard- this is my 3rd time here and I wanted to wait before writing a review- The service is amazing and prompt-Tina is absolutely amazing, she is very knowledgeable and gets me right EVERY TIME. Thanks to my bestie for referring and thanks to the wonderful staff here- I have found my NEW SALON

I wanted to love this salon so bad...the most I would still come for is the pedicures since I never had a bad experience with that service but as for acrylics no ma'am...I went friday and got my nails done and had to go back saturday due to crookiness,bulky and not a good overall application. Don't get me wrong everyone is nice but I think I should have had my nails done completely over not shaved and reshaped over already bad service. Nonetheless, I appreciate the attempt to "fix" my nails saturday morning but by monday the crooked index nail was peeling up and by wednesday my nails look old and the index popped off so I had no choice but to removed them completely myself and save myself the hassle and fuss. I just wish this was handled a little differently no hate to the salon like I said I will still come for my toes no bad service there.
