I’m not sure why their rating is so low because I loved every moment. K in the front did my nails so clean & neat! The shop was clean, fully stocked and customer service was great. I’ll be coming here for my nails from here on.

They need to be shut down they are scammers today they forced my daughter to pay for her service before she got it done they overcharged and messed up everything she had done they didn’t properly do her pedicure and she was racially profiled for her lighter skin they are so rude to be people they feel they can take advantage of do not support this salon we need them out of our neighborhood asap there special is a scam

I don’t understand how you charge me an extra $10 which made the total $50 because i wanted my feet to be clean. The lady who did my gel pedicure act like she didn’t want to do and was very lazy with cleaning my feet & shaping. I had to keep directing her on how to do her job. I was never told that it would be an extra fee to have my feet properly clean. I never mind paying but if I’m paying that amount i deserve quality work. Anytime i get a pedicure the foot scrub / cleaning is all include. Ofc i expected to pay more because it’s a gel pedicure but they said a gel pedicure was only $40 but y'all charge me more because i wanted my feet clean. Make it make sense that beyond crazy. Im confused like what did ya’ll want to pay to get a dirty pedicure. Again the service was poor.

This place is ridiculous 50$ special for the nail toes and eyebrows but 45$ for regular set . Anyway I go there got my nails done I had them on for a day and when they dried it looks like the acrylic is over my nails she didn’t prep my nails like usual. I had to keep telling her to do things . The lady was sweet but the work was horribly done I went back the next day and I ask if they can be fixed by someone else the rude front desk lady liek no she has too . The lady didn’t do nothing but burn my hands with the file . My first time coming here I’ve got my nails done by the guy with the Steve Harvey teeth and they was good but this time no and just because I asked for someone else to fix them and the lady had the same lady that messed up my nails do it again absolutely not I will never give yall my money again on to the next here’s picture of these nails I’m upset

Worse nail experience I've ever had I felt like I was racially discriminated by these people who needed my money, telling me how I should get my nails done and trying to do my nails how they want to. It's a big no for me doing an extra coat on my nails to make it look to your liking. It's a big no for me, my nails when I left still looks fat way fatter than my fingers. I reminded them before I left they were never see me again. Customer service is everything I hope one day they can learn that but until then it's a no for me. Do not allow these people to do your nails the way they want to because they don't know how to do it the way you want it done go somewhere else I definitely had to coach Linda I accidentally called Rosie Lucy because she wears a mask and would not remove it to properly pronounce her name now experience ever no exaggeration. I go here all the time and they act like they didn't even know who I was treating me different because of how I looked maybe it was because I didn't wear lashes today don't know but I'm always fly so I was confused I don't think we all look alike, but they do.

"Warning" steer clear of this shop. they gave me a skin infection by not switching out the wax stic. which I did not notice until after I was getting my nails done. i saw people getting their eyebrows waxed and the same wax stick being used again and again. Now I am fight a skin infection on my brow line I wish Inhad notice their unsanitary practices before sitting in the chair to get my brows waxe.

The business refuse services after already starting the service to a woman that has a disability and her support staff was pregnant. Very unprofessional and unacceptable

These people only want your money and do not care about customer service. Don’t waste your money if you looking to pay for a special day specially, like to tell you what you should get as if they pay for it. They don’t value their customers at all especiallyreturning customers. I will not return here for myself. I work too hard to get off work come to the nail shop and they just treat you like what happened.

I requested the special which is 50 dollars for a full set, pedicure and eyebrows. The quality of my nails are just okay. There were pros and cons. Pros were that the price is super reasonable. The cons are you get what you pay for. The nails started to lift within a few days and the pedicure was rushed. Don't get me wrong there are a few techs that do a good job however it's a hit or miss. If your getting something basic than this would be the place for you. The vibe depends on what tech you get. Customer service could be a lot better and the techs could be more efficient. Kevin usually does my nails if he's available and he's super friendly for the most part.

I asked for black French tip on my toes and the technician did a rush job multiple times and frustrated when I asked for her to fix the crooked lines and make them more precise. I had her redo my service several times she this is the end result. Dont even waste your time coming here even for a quick job.
