Agreed to sell something to a friend. Agreed to meeting time and place. Friend drove 250 miles after confirming. Ghosted him and never replied.
Wouldn't trust this place to even put air in a tire.

I only got a diagnostic done for a coolant leak. While I was there I observed 2 different customers pick up their vehicles and return with complaints about the work done. Not sure if I will have any actual work done on my vehicle from here. So it's 50/50 with this particular place.

Took advantage of a 73 year old lady. Went for transmission not getting out of gear. He replaced her fuse box. She paid in full cash. Kept car for 2 months. Gave car back with the same problem it started with and said “the dealership needs to program it”. Dealership won’t touch a part they did not put in. He should Not have touched a part he couldn’t program. And the fuse box wasn’t even the problem with the transmission.
Does not communicate. Takes too many cars that he knows he doesn’t have the capacity (I suspect knowledge also) to repair. Only gives updates when I called. Then gets mad cause I’m asking questions. He refused to show me any order forms/receipt forms to verify this 2 month wait.
Walk, scooter, hitchhike before going here.
Edit: why don’t you communicate with customers privately as efficiently as you respond to these public reviews? Yes, it’s all unfortunate indeed.

I was in town for a concert and on our way home the next day, my car started running hot! Luckily We made it to Q3!!! All the employees were extremely nice! They quickly found out that I needed to replace the thermostat. Von picked up the part and we were back on the road by 3:00. So very thankful we found Q3! Fast, efficient and a fair price!!!
