Sadly I'm a repeat customer. The first time, they came out to me. The guys were terrific. The second time I went to the shop. The shop was a bit hard to find because there are other shops offering similar services and the door doesn't have their number, but worth asking around. They cleaned up all the broken glass and I was out in just over an hour. Cash or CASH app only.

Did a okay job but they left glass in my door after fixing my window. I call to see if they can remove it and they told me come back in 2 weeks. Every time I close my door I hear glass dropping

My car was broken into at Jaspers in Maryland! I called around to get my back window replaced. I got quotes as high as 700 and low 395. With these prices they still wouldn't be able to fix my truck until the beginning of the following week. Luckily our uncle knows Otis and we called him. Same day, $295!! Number saved, location locked! My new auto repair guy!

They were extremely thorough and professional. The team was very nice and sweet to talk to! They made sure everything was fixed perfectly. Our windshield wasn't an easy fix but they worked hard and got it done. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

These guys are super nice and try their best to make you happy. After they replaced my windshield, it leaked a tiny bit. They called me right in and wouldn't work or anything else until they made it right. Also, their prices definitely beat Safelite, etc.
