I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of time shopping. A sales associate, Lennasha, came to assist me. She was not only friendly, she was very patient. She made my shopping experience pleasant.
When checking out, Taylor also made sure it was seamless. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll definitely be returning.

The store it self is very disorganized,you can barely locate a employee that dont have a attitude, and the sarcasm from the cashier was distasteful she act like it cost her to say your welcome to me I won't be coming to this location again!!!!!!!!!!

Shopped for young men's pants and shirt. Found shirt in correct size section (!) on clearance. Unable to locate pants size and boys size only had joggers. Store was neat, racks w/ new merchandise in aisles, unable to identify staff from customers. Check out was amazingly quick (that may explain why no staff on the floor?) Cashier was patient and courteous. Happy I was able to find a shirt not happy about the options for pants.

Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!
