About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 9201 Edgeworth Dr offers walk-in passport services and is one of over 30,000 retail locations nationwide. The organization delivers to every address in the country. Some customers report very positive experiences, praising staff members for being exceptional, patient, professional, kind, courteous, helpful, informative, cheerful, and an outstanding asset. These interactions are described as seamless, stress-free, and the best ever. However, the location faces challenges with customer volume. A common critique is that it seriously needs more representatives for the number of customers. While some find the process for truck drivers to be puzzling, others note efficient service, with a truck driver reporting a check-in and unload completed in less than 30 minutes. Overall, experiences at this post office vary, with some customers receiving excellent service while others note operational pressures.

Staff is friendly and they try to get customers in and out.
It would be nice if they repair the 24 hour drop off barrel. It has been broken for a couple months
