One of the managers is a young woman with long orange hair is extremely nasty and rude. I had to leave the store with no service, she was yelling across the room about my service dog. Telling me she is "highly allergic to dogs, I cant have him in here he shouldn't be in here, she is going to call security and the police." Remind you, myself and other customers were waiting for her to open the door at the expected time, which was not done. She did not greet me, she was highly inappropriate. Her level of professionalism is repulsive, and like no other. All of these workers at this location, need a training on how to deal with the public. I asked "who is the manager?" She replied " I am, I sure am." Her name starts with a M, and she needs her position taken since she does not know how to act in it. IF YOU DONT WANT TO COME TO WORK, DO NOT COME. TERRIBLE LOCATION, you will be waiting a long time for the slightest thing. I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE.

Talisa S was my salesperson, I’m not from this area nor did I show any signs of disrespect, but it was the end of the world for her when I showed up 45 minutes before they closed. She managed to close up the entire store before finally assisting myself, the only customer in the store for the last 45 minutes. She spoke 4 sentences to me, all four deliberant and belittling as I was on her time. I understand people have rough days, but I never treat anybody poorly and always give the benefit of the doubt, but this by far was the worst experience in customer service ever received. 0/10 do not recommend using this place.
