DO NOT MAKE ANY ONLINE ORDERS AT THIS WAWA IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER, SIMPLY SELECT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ON YOUR DELIVERY APP WHEN ORDERING. This “employee” by the name of Zion has to be about the most unprofessional, rude, lazy, employees I have dealt with by far. I have delivered many orders for customers as this is my night job and I have never had to deal with such an individual. This is not a one time thing as I have brought this to the attention of management multiple times and he is still working there enjoying being digusting towards customers. I am apart of an online community for a delivery service and this is this first person I see there that has been named on multiple occasions within the last 3 years. He does the same exact thing to drivers of certain ethnicities. He ignores you unless you go completely out of your way to get his precious attention. Then he proceeds to say something sarcastic with an incredibly rude tone like, “I’m busy right now.”, and then proceeds to ignore you again instead of simply taking 10 seconds to turn around, look for the order that is being picked up by the driver, and handing it to the driver so that the customer can receive their order in a timely manner instead of receiving melted drinks and soggy food. This is disgraceful customer service that you can’t even get from a hole in the wall gas station if you tried! More importantly, this is about the businesses reputation and ability to bring in consumers. This store used to be one of the best ones around at a 4.2 rating but employees like this have destroyed this store. He has been talked to multiple times and clearly has no intention of changing while purposefully hurting the business time and time again through his arrogance. Is this the type of employee that Wawa hires? I GUARANTEE YOU WILL SEE THIS INDIVIDUAL STILL WORKING THERE BECAUSE THIS WAWA CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I will be filing a corporate complaint promptly following this review if I see this employee, or any other employee that exhibits this mistreatment of customers, ever again. ALL DELIVERY DRIVERS SHOULD FOLLOW SUIT IF YOU WANT CHANGE AND TO BE TREATED PROPERLY!

AVOID! I got a ham bagel and I just experienced severe chest pain and had to go straight to the bathroom right after. Staff didn’t give two craps about customers. Don’t come here

This wawa sucks. This is the second time I have come ro this wawa and have issues with getting gas. There is poor communication and all is said is "I'm sorry." JUST DO BETTER!!

I gave this place a 2nd chance since they gave me store credit back when they didn’t put any roasted veggies on my roasted veggie sandwich the first time. Surprise, surprise: no veggies on my veggie egg white burrito this time. I only came back because they refunded me with a store credit. I’d much rather have refunds back to my card at this point. Won’t ever return. It’s like whoever puts the food together reads the specified ingredients list but not what’s actually been ordered. I’ll stick to Subway next time.

Stopped to get gas and decided to use their restrooms. Very neat restrooms I must say Great self check out options cos they was packed in there.

Worst Wawa I have ever been to. Seemed as if every coffee pot was empty. Workers were extremely rude. I've been to Wawa's all throughout Maryland and Virginia. Seems to me if they are located in a predominantly black area, the experience will be negative. I am a black man myself and I can only speak the facts.
