Brian is a liar they gave me a bill for 600 for my first inspection i can back and got another bill for 1200
he said “thats what comes with cars its common to go into shops and deal with these issues” stay away from this shop if you can help it dont let the prices fool you this place is money grab central

If I could give them a negative star I would but anyways, brought my truck in for a rack and pinion replacement the price given to me was 600 installed if I bought the part. They call me back and tell me that it needs 2 inner tie rods and the price goes up to 1,150. Then they decide to tell me it's done and when I go up there the vehicle isn't even there the technician took it for a test drive for 30 min. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER NOTHING BUT A JOKE HERE AT THIS SHOP!!!

As always, my experience at A.S.E auto center is enjoyable and informative. Every time I go there they take the time to explain to me exactly what is wrong with my car, what I need to get done now and what I can hold off until another day. I believe the prices are reasonable as well. There are three generations of my family that only use A.S.E. auto center. I stand by them faithfully. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. When you go, tell them Ms Banks sent you.😇😊😇

I always get my maintenance done here when it’s needed. Customer service is always top tier, parts are always guaranteed and labor is fair. I never leave feeling like I have been taken for a ride. They always give me the best advice even when it might be in their interest entirely. The people at ASE have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me however they could with my automotive needs. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

This is a great auto shop. They were able to schedule me in a timely fashion. They were very thorough in letting me know what needed to be done and the pricing was more than fair. I will be arriving with this company and will refer others on the future.

Bryan and Darren from ASE auto are the go-to shop In the Catonsville area
I had a car with the water pump going out and they were able to bring me in quickly, diagnose the issue and give me the Best price: parts and labor
They have a full-blown shop with seven bays and on the other side, they do alignments and bodywork
Highly recommend giving this place a shot first before going somewhere else down the street
These guys will take care of you I promise.

I think that the staff at ase Auto center. We're very professional, helpful in many ways. I gave them four stars only because my issues was not resolved not due to them but due to the extended warranty that I have and I would recommend these guys in this company to my friends and family. And actually I had a good time waiting to hear what was wrong with my call LOL
