Do not go to this. Doesn't have a business...has a 3rd party google number. Takes days for someone to get back to you. Shop hrs doesn't open as stated in google. Just had a horrible experience. Scammed me our of a 159.00

Had a terrible experience here. They took apart / diagnosed a transmission from my Subaru of know bad years for their CVTs, and charged me over two grand for the privilege, and then said all they could do was replace it at great expense.Having it looked at by a dealer, they found that its just the cooling system pump that needs to be replaced, which would have been much cheaper, which is why i think they pushed me into this, as i was in a bad situation traveling with the car.Communication was delayed and abysmal and never as thorough as i would have liked. Scheduled an appointment for Friday at 4:30PM. Left work an hour early, and when I arrived, the lights were out and the door was locked. Called the main #, and I was told that their only tech had an emergency and left for the day. So, you're telling me that you couldn't call me to let me know? Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere for any car work, because you do not want these people, who can't even commit to their paying customer's appointment, fixing your vehicle!!!

Stay FAR away from this place! Dealing with this place was the absolute worst auto-service experience I have ever had in my life. I took my wife's car here after her transmission blew up and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The owner Rod insists on managing all three of the locations he owns completely by himself and the man lives in Tennessee so he never has any first-hand knowledge of the (mis)information he is giving his customers. Seriously, any of the several phone numbers you can call for this place are forwarded directly to his phone in Tennessee--you will never speak to anyone who works at this shop! We were confused for different customers and given bad information more than a few times and every time I called to clear things up I was told by Rod that he would be getting back to me and then he would never call me back, I would have to call him back sometimes after more than 24 hours. Our service was delayed while we were hounded about another customer's warranty that I had never even heard of and then someone else's notes were put on our invoice--an invoice we were told was not ours and it would be cleared up only to find out days later after several calls that it was in fact our invoice and the repair was going to be almost $9000. After several days of confusing back and forth that I had to initiate every time, I did not trust a thing going on here and declined. Had to eat $2200 in a tear-down evaluation fee just to get as far away from this place as possible and it was worth it. To top it all off, Rod was an unprofessional j*** from the first call to the last text. Yes, he texted me to let me know the car was ready to be picked up by the towing company. He even hung up on me once. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop. And Rod, do yourself a favor and hire a manager. We would have paid for the repair if you had showed even an ounce of professionalism and trustworthiness.Service: Transmission

I had a horrible experience here.... They did not communicate anything about my car unless I called. I called for days about my car and finally got a text message back in response. They had my car for over 2 1/2 months until I got it back. So therefore I would recommend any other place than here.

I called on Wednesday to put my vehicle in to have the problem fixed. I was told that they could start on it Friday, so I set up an appointment for Friday morning to put it into the shop.Come Monday I called to see what was happening and was told they needed to wait for a car lift to open up before they could do anything with it. They said that it might be Wednesday or Thursday until that happens.So that would have been a whole week that went by, and they still couldn't even let me know what is wrong with it as of then.I went in and picked it up and took it to another shop which was working on it the very next day.

I thought my automatic transmission was shifting a bit weird so I brought it to Aamco for a check. I saw an ad online that a check was free. I brought it first thing in the morning and checked in by phone a few times as they either had no updates or didn't find anything wrong by driving it. In the end they used an OBD 2 for the check engine light (which was never on anyway), and drove the car around a few times. They might have popped the hood but it was never clear that they did. They wanted to test it in the morning again but I needed it for work and said no thanks beyond anymore checking by driving around. Then I found out my "free" check was $100. The ad apparently mentions it's free as they take off $100 any work they do on the car. So, by my estimate, I was charged$100 for them to test drive a few times and use a diagnostic I could have done myself at advanced auto for free. Not only will I not come back, but I hope the business fails.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

The worst experience I ever had taking my car ? to get fix. The manger there is a crook and ver unprofessional. I had my truck there to get inspected for my transmission sliping. The gave me a price of 5,400 dollars. I told them that was to much then they gave me another price I said that was to much. I then told them I'm going to pick my truck up they said it gonna take three weeks for me to pick my truck up. I had to call corporate on them to get them to have my truck ready in a week. The manger there and his master mechanic are crooks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!Service: Transmission

Not a bad spot, but they do not install any parts other than brand new ones. They will not install used transmissions. Diagnostic fees are fair, around $115 for a basic look, around $1500 for a deeper dive

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AUTO PLACE EVER!!! I had my car towed there for a transmission issue and a few other repairs, they took all my information over the phone and said they would get back to me. I called them (3) times over the course of (2) weeks for them to tell me they didn’t have room in their bays to service my vehicle. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE..

When you call the office the person you are connected with is in a different state they had my car for 2 days I kept calling for updates and was told the same thing a master tech is looking at it and I would be called back I was never called back and called to tell them I'm coming to get my car then he tells me what's wrong with it and that I need a credit card to proceed further. I went and got my car the guy in the office is very nice tho it seems there is no communication between the person in the store and the person on the phone. A waste of time.
