Apparently not much has changed since the Sargent review in 2020 with the problems with the Kris Carter, the individual in the Tags department. I have now been waiting over 3 months for my tags, of course the excuse was blaming Motor Vehicles. She now doesn't even respond to my requests for an update. That must be the MO of this dealership because Jordan Biniak, the New Car Sales Manager also has not responded to to my request for assistance. So much for that email that he sent 10 days after purchase thanking me and telling me to contact him if I have any questions.

I have faith that when this dealership is under the proper management they will start to excel at a rate of returning the happiness of customers when they walk in looking to buy a vehicle . Antwerpen should re-evaluate their privacy statements between them and the customers that walk in . There’s absolutely no reason on why a GM felt comfortable enough to announce my credit score in front of anyone that has nothing to do with my car sale process. The comfortability that some of these employees have is ridiculous . I deal with people and I do plenty sales but this location needs improvement

The salesperson promised that the car I wanted was there so I came in there a hour later and he said the car been pulled to another lot..than the manager called me apologizeing than the manager said I have a car for you I call you back in 20 minutes he never call back this location is not to be trusted..

Traded in my car and bought a new vehicle today, and I was very pleased with my deal! I worked with Mr. Chano King, and he was exactly the kind of person you'd want to sell you a car - honest, reasonable, and willing to make the deal! I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with him, and my mom took his card for the next time she buys a car. Truly, I would give more than five stars if I could.

Do not waste your time coming here, don't call off for work, don't make arrangements unless you are absolutely sure they have the part you need for your car. They sure love to use the "supply chain issue" as a convenient excuse. Sure, they could have told you it's not available BEFORE you make the trip but that would make sense now, would it? Horrible experience. I'm not gonna go in to particulars like poor customer service or cleanliness or anything else because a car repair's ONE JOB is to repair your car. This absolutely fails at it. But hey, it's something else's fault but theirs, maybe supply chain?

Came in for service and all the prices are outrageously high. I walked back to pay for my service and this is what I saw- check photos as they were taken an hour apart. I wish i had a job that paid me to sleep like this employee of Antwerpen dodge. Life is so unfair I should be able to sleep on my job and still pick up a full check on pay day just like this guy.

I went in because I needed an oil change on my 11, 500 miles on my Grand Caravan. I was promised an oil change at Mussleman which I never recieved, even though I gave them a cashier's check in full about 4 years ago. They might have changed their name, but the same customer people were there. Personally, I will not purchase a car there again. No free tire rotation, no discount oil change. Make me want to come back for another 50.00 oil change. Last month, I got an oil ? change. Victor, never tightened up anything after and I leaked oil all the way home and under my hood. Had to be towed back. Decreased leaked for 2 weeks. Today, I find that the windshield washer dispenser hose, was broke clean of, when I go to add more windshield washer fluid. Very annoyed that I have to take van back again.
