Terrible experience my Hyundai Elantra had multiple recalls and one where the brake could cause a fire and they said there was no fix to this issue yet. Took my car in at 8am and was promised my car back by 3pm and they kept my car without my consent and never called me to communicate anything. Service center never answers the phone Every time I called to check to see if my car was ready the receptionist would keep transferring the call putting me on hold and the phone would constantly be disconnected with a voice saying goodbye. I requested a supervisor and he never came to the phone or returned my call. The shuttle car took me home after dropping off my car packing the car with other people which is a Covid safety issue people coughing the whole way home but would not pick me up to pick up my car they kept my car over night without my consent causing me to miss work and then next morning called me multiple times rushing me to pick up my car and sending a driver to my house to pick me up without even notifying me first and I reported it to manager Chris who seemed to not even care I would not recommend you buying a car from here.

Absolutely do your best to avoid this dealership at all costs!!! The finance team will royally screw you over by offering you an outrageous APR like 9%, and if you argue, they will bring it down to as low as 3%. Regardless, you shouldn't have to argue in the first place. They should do their best to get you what you want and need, rather than just seeing a dollar amount over your head.Lisa the sales representative is rude and with her "21 years" of experience, thinks she knows best and will avoid your questions and not help you whatsoever. Joel Williamson Sr, will do his best to make sure you are uncomfortable and steal you away from other sales associates. Again, avoid coming to this dealership.

Tyrone and Angel made my experience a great one. I’ve already referred people. My husband has been with Hyundai for a few years. My husband brought me in to trade in my 2004 Lexus for something new and we ended up with two new trucks for hubby and I. We love our Santa Fe and Tucson. It was like God preparing us for this moment because hubby had a Tucson and Santa Fe as loaners when his Kona was getting serviced. We fell in love with the loaners. Anyway, I’m rambling. Tyron and Angel made the process very easy and we had so much fun with these two. They were so nice and knowledgeable. Their goal was to make sure we not only had what we needed but that we were happy customers. They went above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful. Thank you

I loathe the idea of going car shopping. It's up there with taxes in terms of the things I least like to do. That aside -- James Harris was a delight to work with. He was a great communicator, transparent, and worked hard to make the process as smooth for us as possible. Strongly recommend working with James!

My review is specifically for the Service Center. I have NEVER had so many issues trying to get scheduled maintenance done/part repairs. I had them turn me away in person even though I've had an appointment scheduled for months without the courtesy of a phone call to let me know before I drove there. I have left 3 voicemails for one of the supervisors who gave me his number to schedule a follow up appointment. No response. I have had the same part broken on my Tuscon for over a year and have not been able to get it fixed. Don't buy a car here unless you plan on having service done at another dealership.

Purchasing a vehicle can be a very daunting task; however, Joel made that task simpler than anticipated. Joel is the epitome of great customer service! Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and can tell he was eager to help me. Additionally, my decision to purchase a vehicle was made easier due to Joel’s knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in, his willingness to thoroughly answer questions, his patience while I slowly pondered (lol) on the idea of purchasing a new vehicle, and him ensuring I had all the necessary information to make the decision. Sitting with the finance department was a breeze. I left the dealership in the new car with high confidence that I've made the right choice. Go with Joel, you will not be disappointed.

Patrick in Claims became my Walking Angel when State Farm dropped the ball several times after my car was stolen. I was treated professionally, kept informed of all transactions including service & recalls. When I became dismayed with my insurance carrier, I was comforted & reassured everything was going to be alright. I,m 71 & disabled & felt blessed because I knew I was in good hands with Patrick!!! Kudos to Patrick & Antwerpen...you can't go wrong with them.

After a test drive several months ago and all the research I did with 2023 Santa Cruz, I was hooked and knew this was the car for me.I had an amazing experience with my sales manager Joel Williamson. He was extremely easy to talk to you and understood what I was looking for in a Santa Cruz, which was a Blue Stone in color with black interior. I test drove a 2023 Black limited on the lot and was all I was looking for. I was prepared to wait for the new 2024 because they were coming out with a new trim, the XRT. After my research, it had most of features I was looking for and asked him to keep me in the loop of when the new 2024's came in,.To my surprise, that exact color was in transit and was due here in mid-August. Joel phoned me, and I put money down on the car immediately. It arrived earlier than expected and I did most of the paperwork prior to arrival and all the horror stories you hear about financing can be put to rest. It was a pleasure dealing with both Joel and Marcus in the finance department and highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used automobile, stop by.

I own a 2019 Hyundai Kona EV. Over the course of 3 years of ownership, my car was sitting at the dealership for nearly 6 months (3 different multi-month issues) waiting on anyone to do anything about the problems the car had. I chalked it up to supply chain issues and gave them a pass. I finally went to a new dealership after my most recent visit, when they held my car for a month just refilling a coolant tank. Said coolant light came back on less than a month later, and I found out that it's because they didn't bleed the coolant system, which could've ruined the car.If you have an EV, DO NOT GO HERE.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This hyundai dealership is garbage both service and sales. The service customer service is dismal. They once had my car for almost two months and I had to contact them for updates and they would always respond with "I was just about to call you" and that's if they even bothered to pick up. They are extremely unresponsive and will give you the run around. The sales section is just overpriced. Even before prices started to go up during the pandemic they were already inflated. They say there 'competitive" but they weren't. I have alot to rant about but I'm getting off of my soap box and would recommend going somewhere else with better customer service and quality control.

RUN! DO NOT GO!I'm not going to get into details with happened because too much happened but I made an appointment one month in advance to fix my A.C and it took them 4 weeks to fix my issue. I called this place probably about 50+ times calling regarding my car because I would get no updates. The best part, they charged me for a service that was not even completed. You would think they check the A.C to make sure it works before charging me and giving my keys back, but nope. Received the car back in the same condition (broken A.C) as when I dropped it off 4 weeks ago. I requested my money back and they told me it's not their fault and told me to purchase a new vehicle. The service department (Daniel, Rick, Maurice, Chris, and Patrick) need more training and education, they are incompetent of doing their jobs correctly.Andy: The only person competent enough to do their job correctly. Andy was the only person that was able to help us correctly resolve the issue by refunding us the money.I took the money and took it to another car shop - they were able to fix it within 1.5 days and NOT 4 weeks!I have been a loyal customer since 2007 & purchased 3 cars from them. I was in the market of purchasing 2 more but after this situation, I unfortunately have lost all trust in this dealership. It was just lie after lie communicating with these people regarding the A.C.

This place went beyond and above to take care of me. Sales man Leonard Roland was the star, Provided me options on both car selections and trade in options. He was very helping, energetic and friendly. The whole team made the purchasing process easy and comfortable.

This 1 star review is for their service department. Lack of communication. Lack of professionalism. And an overall lack of providing prompt, friendly customer service!They definitely opened my hood because they left greasy fingerprints all over it!

It’s worst ever showroom and dealer. Behaviour of the manager is too worst means too Worst. Manager don’t know how to talk with customers. I highly recommend never ever go to this dealership. If you want to go Hyundai showroom go others even if it’s 100 miles away. Never ever come to this dealership. Worst Experience.
