This ol'lady needed help getting up and running for home internet/Wi-Fi. The young lady and gentleman (employees) were very patient and informative! Came home, plugged up, and set go! Nice clean store!! NETFIX here it come!!

I live right down the street from here and every time I go here I feel weird the Hispanic chick Sitting in the back lies and says that the phone is dead so she doesn’t have to do anything And I’ve been there a few times and she always say the phone is dead My phone was broken. I needed to start a claim and had to drive 40 minutes to a different location with no service or nothing. The black guy is pretty helpful, but overall the mood in there made me feel like I was unwanted or like I was Bothering her and she was doing absolutely nothing

I took my phone in for a battery replacement. When I came back a couple of hours later, the tech said that the phone would not charge up. He said it was a problem with the mother board. I told him that it charged up just fine yesterday. Clearly, he did something bad to the phone. He put the old battery back in and now the phone will not charge above 16% and just restarts all the time. It is really broken and now I need to get a new phone--an expense I do not want.

Lay was absolutely AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Her customer service is just top notch, she quickly analyzed my phone problems and just as quickly helped get them resolved, and also very thorough. Leah was fantastic! It was near closing and customers kept coming in. She made sure she acknowledged everyone promptly and did and amazing job helping everyone at the same time to make sure we didn't have to wait too long. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable and you can tell she takes her job seriously! My mom loves her new phone☺. Leah deserves a raise and I hope I'm spelling her name right lol. The date of my visit was 6/5/21
