On October 5, 2023, I took my slides and print negatives to the CVS at 900 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228, store 4602. Their photo assistant, Virginia told me they would take 2 or 3 weeks for processing them to a disc. Three weeks later, a number of attempts by both CVS customer service and myself, I finally spoke to Virginia. She informed me that my property was missing. She admitted that she kept my property behind the counter where only an employee had access. In the next three weeks, I called three times to CVS so-called customer service. Each time, I was promised that a CVS district manager would call me. Of course, nobody ever contacted me. The last call, I demanded a formal case number, which is S9843498.Since CVS corporate would not help me, I tried calling the store manager, Margie Mulqueen. She admitted in her email to me that she has store photos, and could find out which employee took my photos, and what she did with them. I also offered her a $100 reward/finder's fee for the return om my slides and negatives, with no questions asked. I emphasized that I only want my slides returned. Just like their corporate "customer service", I never heard from her again.These were my best wildlife slides dating from 1975 that I wanted to make prints of. They included Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, Mountain Sheep, Rattlesnakes, etc. There is no amount of money or compensation that can repay me for my losses. I only want my property that I had entrusted to CVS to be returned, and all employees involved on my losses to be accountable.

I've never seen a CVS in these conditions!!! I've been to many stores through out the USA this one takes the cake for a lawsuit waiting to happen if not in progress! There are trip hazards at most corners of the aisles. No excuse to leave so many around! Product boxes all stacked up by restrooms area. The floors are as filthy as NYC transit! Things are out laying around that should've been put in the back room such has the dust wand and vacuum cleaner. They have one but clearly don't use it. If it's broke it should be in the trash not upfront near the fridges. Oh, and those fridges need the bottoms repair. It's a hazmats to small children!

I set an appointment for my child to receive her vaccination for school. The appointment was at the Wilkens Ave address in Baltimore, MD at 5pm on 6/21/2023. The pharmacy reps saw it in the system, said there was a glitch and denied service. This is the second time I've received an online confirmation and was told there was a glitch in the system. If you're reading this review, go elsewhere for scheduled vaccine services. I was also told there was no manager available who could assist with the issue.

If I can give this raggedy location a minus star I would. They do not EVER answer the phone in the front of the store or pharmacy. Worse service ever experienced. Had to leave my house to actually go there and request a medication to be transferred.

This one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. I understand they have a stressful job with difficult customers and mounds of paperwork but I was calm and polite and the worker still was dismissive and spoke in an angry tone yelling "thank you" while I was looking at my info. There was no one in line behind me . Do not go here.

1 star because it's required. The staff are really not the problem for the most part. There's 1 pharmacist (male) that was an ass but the rest of the staff are nice. This is an owner/management issue. Pharmacy is usually a skeleton crew, Pharmacy is closed on days when it should be open & the mistakes/lack of communication is astounding. Anyone whose life depends on prescriptions from this Pharmacy are playing roulette. They may or may not be open for pick up no matter what the hours on the door say (not out to lunch but closed for the day when hours are posted as being open. Close this location so it can be replaced by any business that will be open for business when they're supposed to be. Waste of tirn down housing & owner/management don't seem to care. I feel so bad for the employees that try their best with what little they have to work with & get abused by angry patrons. Not their fault.

I see why this pharmacy gets such terrible reviews. I booked an online Covid-19 test, for drive-through testing. When I got there (ten minutes early), there were two cars in line ahead of me. We all stood there for twenty minutes, not moving. Eventually, someone came to the window and the two cars went through really quickly, not getting prescriptions. When I got to the window, I found out why. They said their system was down, and they couldn't do the testing. Now, their online system had been texting me updates about my appointment, but apparently they didn't tell the online system that they couldn't do appointments. I scheduled at a different CVS for later that day. When I got there, they said they couldn't schedule me because I was scheduled at the other CVS. They said they'd call the online nurse to straighten it out, and since there was a line behind me at the drive-through, I went around to let others be served. When I got back to the window, they said my appointment had been cancelled, because the CVS in Catonsville said they had checked me in and seen me, and you can't have two tests on the same day. They told me to call the CVS in Catonsville. The Pharmacy put me on hold and wouldn't talk with me, and when I called the front store, the manage said he couldn't help me, I'd just have to call the pharmacy and wait until they chose to take me off hold. Which they never did. The bottom line is that I had two different appointments at two different CVS's and both were cancelled by CVS, and I lost through hours out of my day without ever getting my test. The Pharmacy at CVS in Catonsville still hasn't taken my call, I just get put on hold forever. Now, maybe it's better if your doctor's office phones in a prescription, but I wouldn't count on good service here, since they flat-out refuse to answer live calls.

Welp, Ive been calling this pharmacy all day no one answered the phone. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were busy. Got to the cvs and it doesn't seem to be that crazy but everyone is working. They do not answer the phone.. AT ALL so don't expect to speak to someone on the phone and if you are able to talk to someone after 30 plus minutes of holding consider yourself lucky! Outside of that the staff was really pleasant so that was nice but I hate the fact that they don't answer the phone although i understand they're busy

There isnt even enough room on here to write my review. And I am NOT the kind that even writes reviews that much. And if i do i want to write about something positive. But I felt if I could save just 1 person from going through what i have been through with this store it will make me happy. Im not sure if CVS PHARMACY has different management than the store, but management for this pharmacy is horrible. No one ever answers the phone, my persriptions are never ready even after i get a text telling me they are, it NEVER is easy going to this pharmacy either. Please dont think its just in and out...no way. You are going to spend at the least 20 min. And forget about the drive thru. They close that whenever they feel like it. And just the other day they NEVER EVEN OPENED! Said everyone called out sick! This is unacceptable!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED!We as a community will be contacting our county representative about this store!!!!!

Writing this at 7:30PM on a Thursday. This CVS pharmacy is consistently SLOW! I called my Dr at 10AM to have my Rx sent over & she confirmed the address with me twice. I live walking distance from CVS, so it should be convenient... I called just past 7PM. The woman on the phone somehow misheard my name 3 times, which is incredibly basic/simple, like Jane Doe... after finally getting my name correct, she tells me to hold on and that she'll "be right back"... a couple mins pass & when she returns she asks WHAT AM I CALLING FOR? I tell her & she says ok again... a couple more mins pass & she has yet to return! This is an Rx that was sent over 6 hours ago! A total of 25 mins spent waiting, with less than 5 mins of convo with someone.. with no results!!! Called again & this time no one even answered after another 10 mins of waiting. I simply hung up! I will ask Dr to send elsewhere. I understand pharmacies get busy, especially during COVID, but this location is just embarrassing. This is a simple, once a month, pre-packed Rx. If they can't even do this efficiently & respectfully, I have no hope that they can or care about doing anything else. Will be switching to any of the 4 other pharmacies nearby! HORRIBLE. EVERYONE should be replaced with Pharm D.'s or techs with years of experience!

I walked in at 2:10 today and after waiting to check in my prescriptions, I was told they would be ready in 25 minutes. I just left the dentist, so I was in pain!! I returned to pick up my prescriptions and hour later and was told I had no prescriptions, was I SURE I HAD DROPPED THEM OFF??!! After the girl who took my scripts spoke up, she then says I only bought in 1!!After handing the prescription over to someone with more dexterity, the other person separated the two. I'm astounded at the inefficient, bumbling portrayal of running a pharmacy! Then I find out my spouses dob was put on my prescriptions and they are standing around literally stumped!! I then called the dentist and asked them to correct it and fax another one. An hour and a half later after verifying my dob 5 times with my DL and verbally I have my prescription. When I was tech this comedy of errors wouldn't have been allowed CVS has decided that efficiency has been exchanged for essentialism! I wouldn't have my pets prescription filled here! The state should audit this store and the corporation. I hate I have to leave a star at all!
