This place keeps calling me saying phone number have a prescription here but won't provide any information about who it's for or anything just wants my birthday. I never ordered anything or had anything prescribed for me. They call every day and it just seems like a scam. I'll go to the physical address to sort this out

Dont normally leave bad reviews, But Worst pharmacy experience ever, its a shame Rite-aid and Walgreens closed. And the only retail pharmacy that closes 1:30-2:30 for lunch, why not take turns taking break to better serve your customers. Like the rest of your store and every other pharmacy ever

I hate leaving bad reviews but if i could give this stode a negative 5 i would. I have never dealt with such incompetive ppl in a proffesional setting in my life smh. Every month it seems as tho we go withouf our medication for several days because with fhem it is always something. And whatever you do DONT go in a half hoir before closing or you will be told tat even gho the dr called your rx in 2 days earlier that you will have to come back the next day becausd they are closing soon. BAD PHOTO PRINT:- i got a photo print done here, which was supposed to be a birthday gift for my friend. But, the color developed on the print was horrible. i feel so bad that i had to cancel this present idea. i ordered on 10 nov 2025 and picked the print on 11 nov 2025. the quality of the print was really bad.

As soon as I walked in the store, I noticed how clean it was and nice the workers was. It wasn't busy at all. I didn't have to wait in line long at all. Great store.

I am impressed that they are so helpful in helping me locating items that I need. You do a good job of training them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and when told I would need to talk to a manager, I agreed and asked to do so. I was then told no manager on site so I asked when they would be there and they did not know. She turned and asked another person working there and she very rudely said "next week". Went back and they refuse to refund me for mistake they made - Amazing.

Sooo Location for me is everything, and it's also fairly new. BUT they have there moments when they don't seem to like their job or they rather give a tone and repeat themselves instead of more understanding. I am a Pharm tech as well and when I tell you back in my day we went above and beyond to make sure a patient received their meds.
Customer service was always a top priority.... and I would never tell a patient to call their Dr. .... knowing how much of an hassle that can be and knowing they are already probably have a tough time as it is if they seek medical attention. Where's the empathy.
The tech tells me to call the Dr. because their not gonna answer the phone for us .... as a tech ? why wouldn't they ..... Just sounds about LAZY .
So I called when I felt up to it .... Just for me to waste my time .... because the dr.s office said exaclty what I asked the Pharm tech to do ? . The drs said "Have them Call us " I'm right here by the phone waiting ???♀️? .... oh I'm just playing phone tag now ... because CVS phone at this location will not let you speak to someone directly ?
They lack compassion to work in health care ......
Because sick ppl don't need the long waits while yall hold pointless conversations..... then they don't want to ever have the drive throu open any more .... smdh

And not to mention ... the carpet is filthy.... that's the 1st thing I see when I walk in everytime ??
Location is all they really can offer me here..
And no one is greeting unlike a few other locations.
But all these lazy techs and long lines is ridiculous to me because I remember being a tech and we had a full staff ... atleast 4-5 and never waited unnecessarily!!
Long lines and attitudes .... that's what to expect at this Pharmacy..... and expect to wait even if the parking lot is empty. Even if you gave them more than an hour to come check on your rx .
Yea when your in pain Do Nobdy GOT Time to waste if I'm out of bed .
Take heed CVS ?
