Very poor customer service. Very disorganized. I asked about getting a balloon, the lady said do it yourself. I did, and the balloon didn't float with the helium. The manager said you should have asked for help. I told him I asked the lady employee behind me. He asked her did you tell him those balloons don't float? She said yes. She did not. I told them no problem I'll pay for it anyways thinking they would say don't worry about it. Nope was charged for it and didn't even take it with me. This is garbage customer service.

rude “manager” accused me and my boyfriend of stealing while in line paying for items. and charged us the bag fee even after being asked if we wanted a bag and said no!

This store would really be a better place if they had a MORE PLEASANT cashier! This one young girl with the two nappy buns, looking like a GHETTO MINNIE MOUSE, they found from, Cherry Hill! She tries to talk very low with this soft voice, knowing she's probably loud and hood! This young girl is so rude, and dead, she doesn't greet anyone, in anyway, she says, NOTHING! She just be throwing your things in the bag, she moves like she doesn't want to be there! Very bad customer service, not good dollar tree, we NEED someone MORE, PLEASANT and POLITE, for us, to make OUR day!

I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.

I went to this location on 12/30/23. The associate Sarah was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the store. She even helped with Xmas ideas with the decorations I purchased. Without her this dollar tree location is lost.

There's a cashier there named Alex who absolutely deserves a raise. This man in front of me was an absolute jerk about what line he could check out in and started saying things under his breath when he was asked to move to an open line. He started complaining and accusing her of double scanning items. (She never did) She handled the situation with grace and continued to help the rest of the line with a smile. She's a quality employee.
