Taylor, on Baltimore National Pike. She has been wonderful! Excellent customer service! This being my 1st time using, “Public Storage.” I couldn’t have asked for better assistance! She is truly outstanding and I highly recommend her when applying to the units!

There're rats in this storage place. We went to move our stuff out yesterday and I saw 2 heads pop up as we were finishing up removing the stuff. We decided to block them in and kill them. When we moved the final Dresser atleast 4 5 rats came running we killed one however apparently there are cracks on the inside of the storage we're they can go between the storage units 2 of them escaped but we got one.
