I have suspected water damage to my roof and siding since 2016 and most recently to the interior in 2021 when lightning struck my third floor townhome with a hurricane the next day. FDP Mold Remediation of Catonsville was contacted. Zach called ahead to confirm appointment, arrived on-time and wore a mask. He came to inspect on a Sunday, pointed out problems previous inspectors had missed, gave a reasonable quote on the spot, and was able to schedule our work for the following day. My uncle is an old man, and his basement was flooded last week due to a water pipe breakage, and when he returned, all the walls downstairs were covered in black mold. He even got sick when he went there. Luckily, a kind neighbor knew FDP Mold Remediation and called them immediately. They arrived within 20 minutes, and after three days, the basement was as good as new. Thank you, FDP Mold Remediation.

We had a leaky pipe in our bathroom ceiling that we fixed. We were worried that mold was growing in the places we couldn’t reach. Thus, we immediately called FDP Mold Remediation, and they were able to to get to our home in about an hour. Their team was very professional. Because of their services, they were able to save us from having to rip out sheetrock, which kept our money and time.
