Great place.Today, I went to this FedEx to send a trade-in. I was not sure what to do. A staff, Daniel, immediately came to me and asked if I need help and led me through the steps for sending the trade-in. With his help, the whole process is super fast.

I had a super urgent project for a client with less than 2 hour turn around time. The team supported me, called me within an hour and it was complete. Great quality, and even better customer service once I arrived. Kudos to this team for valuing the customer experience over the transaction. 5 STARS Rolling RD!

Absolute trash location. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. On 1/18/2024, I walked in about 15-20 min before the store closed to send a package (already had label and was sealed). I try not to use kiosks and drop-boxes because those packages tend to get stolen more (and I was sending an expensive item), but the employee at the counter (younger looking gentleman with glasses) SCREAMS at the top of his lungs that once closing time hit, he will not help any other customers..EVEN IF THEY WERE ALREADY IN LINE. I mean who does that? I understand not letting anyone else in after closing time, but to deny the people who were there and waiting is absolutely ridiculous. Well, because I had no choice but to send the package that day and there were already 3 people in line waiting, I used the self-service drop-box and my package contents were stolen. Would highly recommend going to a different location if able to. The employees need some retraining or need to be fired because that is just terrible customer service. I've worked in retail for many years so, like I said, I understand the frustration of customers coming in PAST closing time, but to make customers who were already in the store well before closing time is so ridiculous. Do your job or leave.

My experience at this location gets a 1 star. My printer stopped working today, so I decided to head to the nearest Fed Ex to get a few flyers. When arriving, I attmpted to use the self service machine, but it stated my card was unvalid. I asked the attendant; "Nislia" about pre paid cards and she stated that "they cannot be used on the self check out". I didnt have my other card wiith me, so I asked if she could print them for me. She explained that there is a 2.50 charge (Not once does she state WHY) I tell her that I still need them and thats ok.The whole time, she seems bothered. I gave her the code and explained that I needed 2 flyers printed on stock paper. She turns to go and print the flyers and I ask "Are there differnent weights of the stock paper?" (which she didnt even ask) she just says, its one weight.Customer service is important and clerly she was having a bad day or needs a re-training in customer success. She easlily couldve explain that the $2.50 charge was for them printing my items and asked if that was ok. It seemed that she was charing me to use a debit card. I will never come to this fed Ex again.

Horrible customer service. The cashier Nislia D. Represented the brand THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE. she was rude and seemed like she hates her job. I Don't know who gave her the right to THROW AWAY MY RECEIPT???!!! but she did. I made her reprint it. Because I wanted it... She may have a problem with people that look different than her. But this store is in a diverse area!! So she has to learn how to treat people right or find her another cashier job elsewhere. Just nasty and unwelcoming attitude. There were 2 guys there that were nice and pleasant they provided good customer service.

I needed to use a Fax machine and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted very kindly. The individual who took care of me, his hand was in an arm brace and he took really good care of me. I wish I had gotten his name. Thank You FedEx for your courtesy and quick service.

The female agent's behavior was unpleasant and rude, and the customer service experience was unsatisfactory. If the agents do not like their job, they can change it. I have no intention of returning to this center, and I do not recommend it.

The customer service I received was awful. The agents were rude and obnoxious. Unlike any service I have ever received from that office. I filed a complaint with customer service. So terrible!!!

Though their hours are posted and should be open until 7, and there are no signs in the windows or doors stating they are closing early; this location seems to always be closed well before the posted times. If you get there anytime after 6:30, don’t expect the staff to let you in even though they see you. This isn’t the first time.

Came to send a package at 2 pm and the place was closing because only one pets came to work. Couldn’t reach the supervisor so had to close!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!

I just had several craft books spiral bound but when I was to pick them up I was getting over a fall. I was able to drive but my mobility wasn't the best and the curbs near the store are high so when I got to the Store parking lot I was nervous about negotiating the curb. I called the store and Luis was so kind as to bring them out to my car. I had paid for them when I dropped them off. I just want to thank Luis for being kind. I have always gotten good service here and will continue to use them.

If you here to print and do everything yourself it's ok but if you ask the worker they have an attitude and take forever to do thing.
