I’ve come to enjoy the staff here. First off, I have only gone to the dealerships for my maintenance and repairs. However, recently this year, I could see the change in management at the dealership was trying to price gouge me for the unnecessary maintenance and ramping up the prices for repair work to total $1,400 where when I went to a local body shop near my job, they said those prices were outrageous and that I was better off going to a body shop outside of the dealership. I did my research and wanted a place close to home and found the Goodyear on Baltimore National Pike. I’ve come here twice and both times, the staff answered the phone courteously, gave me real time estimates on the timeframe for repairs and if they could order parts needed.
The gentleman in the front desk area are very knowledgeable and kind. I have never, never seen people who are social with their customers, honest about what they can and can’t do and taking a hard look at the vehicles they get in the shop. I’d recommend coming here.

I have been taking my Hyundai Elantra here for service for years. I always receive
great service. Todd the Manager is always attentive and explains things. I always chat with the staff as they are friendly. Keeps my car in tip top condition.

Definitely do not recommend. Took a flat in there to see if it could be plugged or if it needed replacing. I told them I’d be waiting and that I needed to get to work. No word on it being a long wait. I waited 1/2 an hour before asking how long it would be. They told me 30 minutes. Half an hour later, my car is still in the parking lot. The entire time I was there, the girl who was supposed to be working the desk was in the garage talking with another female coworker (that’s where I yelled for her to find out what was going on). The second time I yelled into the garage for help, after an hour of waiting, I asked for me keys and left. Terrible customer service! I will not be back!

Todd the salesman was very professional. I got 4 tires the wait was normal. They kept me updated. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. Wife going to need tires in fall will definitely go back.

Went for an oil change that I made an appointment for. I was on early. Gave them my keys and sat in the lobby for an hour. Got up to check and my car was still in the same spot so I asked if it had been worked on and the guy at the front said he seen it sitting there but it hasn’t been touched because he didn’t know it was supposed to get an oil change. Waste of time

Take your car to the dealership if you can! Save yourself from headache and extra cost! 0 stars! This place lack customer service and communication still waiting on the District manager phone call or email which will probably never come! The corporate office did respond to say the DM would contact me, huh!The fact that people trust you with their vehicle and you allow these inexperience folks to play around like it’s a school is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Not to mention upcharge everything and completely lied on the invoice claiming to discuss all this stuff that needed to be done to my car which was never mentioned. Three things were mentioned to me, I accepted two and declined the 3rd because I had just had it done a prior month before at the same GY location- yet y’all wasn’t smart enough to see that or chose to ignore just so you can try charging me again! It’s ridiculous! Lesson learned!

Iwould not recommend a visit to this Goodyear location. The service technicians improperly installed parts. I had to take the vehicle to the dealership to get the work fixed. Also, the technician supervisor assured me that certain issues were repaired. They were not. I’m furious with the time and money I wasted.

I made an appointment online for service. I was then contacted by an employee who asked me to come in an hour prior to the appointment time I made online. Due to the nature of the work I needed done, I complied and took vacation time. When I arrived I was told that the mechanic did not have time to get to me and to go to another Goodyear for service. The store clerk should have confirmed the time with the mechanic before asking me to come early. Didn't offer anything in the way of compensation for my inconvenience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be returning here for any service.
Update. I was contacted by the manager who expressed his concern and offered to remedy the situation and advised that it would be addressed. He communicated with the Goodyear in Ellicott City, who would ultimately repair my vehicle for me, to extend courtesy on his behalf.
