Do NOT take your car here. Before recently I took my car here for every oil change since I've owned it, but last week I took it to Mr Tire because I thought it would be quicker. Mr Tire told me they couldn't do an oil change on it, and said the oil pan was severely damaged and that whoever did the last oil change was responsible. They also wrote that on the estimate and gave it to me. When I took it to Goodyear and showed them, they flat out denied it. They said the color of the seal was not theirs and that the oil looked clean, (my car takes full synthetic so it always looks clean.) Now I'm out 200 dollars for an oil pan that THEY should be liable for. I took it to Midas today and they told me the same thing. Not only am I livid, but I want to warn other people. Their negligence could end up getting someone killed! Do NOT take your car here.

After multiple attempts to find a gas station where the air machine wasn't broken or just worked. I pulled into the Good Year auto service on RT 40 West. After speaking with the Manager. he didn't think twice and told me to pull up to the first bay. He not only put air in the tire that was registering low, he checked all four tire and also replaced two valve caps that had been stolen off my tires! Thank you GY you'll be my first thought when I need additional auto service!

0 stars… had my car towed for two rear tires. One popped and the other slow leak. They took off the front’s claiming no tread. And repaired the two rear tires. That were damaged. I only wanted the rears but because they already replaced the fronts i let them do work To repair backs. I had a trip to Virginia i needed to take by the time I got to silver spring from Catonsville. After leaving the shop at 5 by 7 The two tires that I originally wanted to swap for new were blown. They don’t listen to customers. could have had me and family killed because of there negligence. If a flat comes common sense means the customer wants the flat swapped. Plus I told them the rear but they did what they wanted to do! Now I’m out 7 hundred dollars for tires and Uber fees.

No one at the front desk .Vehicle started making sounds after the check by their technician.Technician was rude and never listened to the concern.Overpriced.Waste of time.

Bunch of crooked and incompetent mechanics. They did something and charged $1000+ but the problem is still there after a week. They have no idea what they are doing but still charging money for work that might work if you're lucky. Im surprised they have made it so far.

Keith is horrible he was too busy trying to get my number and take me out than save me money. He charged me max price for goodyear tires even after knowing my financial situation. He claims I advised I wanted all my tires the same INCORRECT I wanted brand new tires from goodyear at a reasonable price. One of the same tires I purchased brand new caught a flat and a nail within the same month He proceeds to look at me with his Garfield face and say oh well you have a warranty but you still gonna be charged 60.00 for us to mount them. I told him I couldn't pay the whole 60 and shouldn't have to pay the whole 60 since I was just there he says oh well we can just put the old tire back on. I ask for management and he discounted the one tire immediately without being unprofessional and arrogant. Instead of Keith humbling himself and saying let me see what we can do to assist you he was snarky and rude. Goodyear can do without him it cost nothing to apologize and be humble. And no Keith I won't be going on a date with your arrogant unprofessional self lose my number sir. Ladies be careful businesses like this like to take advantage of women I can't respect nor tolerate it.

Their website says that a Tune Up Consult is free, and I confirmed with the agent I spoke to when scheduling the appointment that it would cost me nothing. When I got there, I was told it would cost $29. When I showed them the website and what I had confirmed with the agent, they told me that they don't do work for free. I just needed to know what work needed to be done, but after pricing me at $29, I was told they wouldn't even do the consult since my check engine light wasn't on (they didn't ask me if it was before giving me the $29 price). When I told them it had been on before turning off and that it had started making a noise, they changed the price to $72.50 to do an investigation into the noise (not something I needed). They told me to call corporate, which I did, who confirmed that consult was free. The employee was very rude and could have handled the situation in so many different ways. Frankly, it was a horrible experience and I will be going elsewhere to get service done and letting my friends and family know that Goodyear is not the way to go.

I had an appoinment booked several days in advance. Called to confirm my appointment day of. When I arrived less than an hour later I was told that they couldn't fix my car because the tech was out. They had ample time to reschedule, but never called or even bothered to tell me that the service was unavailable.

My tire went flat at 5:10 PM and had work the next day. They changed my tire in less than 10 minutes. The mechanics had left for the day so the manager changed it for me which I really appreciate. Keith Newton at the sales desk was also very helpful

1. I made a phone appointment for oil change. Service was fast and I was in and out quickly.2. Communication is 0 out of 5. The old guy (the manager/ owner I guess) shouldn't be in the front desk at all. Not the only store in the area so take your money somewhere else.

The amount of times I’ve been in the store, which is only three times so far. I can honestly say that I truly thank the men that has helped me get my car fixed. I still have some work that needs to be done, but I definitely recommend people to this location. :)

Idk who the white dude was but i don’t want him working on my car no more. I legit see something stuck in my car tire and he was just being lazy and didnt wanna put my car up on the lift. Yeah I won’t be coming back here ever until Doug comes back
