Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had an appointment at another location which turned out to be closed. They were able to see us without an appointment. Phlebotomist was nice and efficient.

The place say they open at 07:30. On numerous times, I had to wait for the place to open about 10 minutes after 07:30. Today, where are you allowed to start a quarter after you are scheduled to work? If the place says they are open at 07:30, you should start at 07:30am. On my job you start at the start time period. But they are fast.

I made an appointment. It wasn’t crowded. The staff were pleasant & professional. It is usually hard for Phlebotomist to find a good vein. However, when I went there, she had no trouble at all! Hence, my visit was great! Thank you

I went few times (as part of annual wellness check up based on my PCP suggestion) to this location, I had very good experience. The checkin process was pretty smooth and staff were very friendly. If you already have an appointment, you can come out within 30minutes based on your test(s). I didn't see any issue.

I have to go here every 2 weeks to a month for the rest of my life for bloodwork on issues. Clean, super nice staff, sometimes a wait but who cares, get on that cell phone. Great site, period.

Don’t go here. Someone wasn’t feeling well in the back and the phlebotomist’s were running around not knowing what to do in a medical emergency. They were debating on calling 911 or not. They proceeded to move the patient to one of the rooms in the back. They also didn’t have someone stay with the person in case if anything went wrong. The workers were also unprofessional, you can’t take too “long” in the bathroom otherwise they will knock at the door loudly. They will tell you to get out.

I always have a great experience at this location. Kailah Sherrod was the PST Specialist. She took my advice as to what vein to use and everything went smoothly. It is so nice when someone who knows how to do their job still listens to their clients. She was fantastic and very friendly. Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Labcorp was so much quicker and pleasant than other labcorps in the area. Overall, great experience and customer service!

Very unprofessional here. Girls sitting in the back just talking about their personal business so loud everyone in the waiting area could hear every single thing they were saying. People in the waiting area canceled their appointment and left. The phlebotomist did a good job, quick and easy. However, the environment is extremely unprofessional

DON'T go to this labcorp location! EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude employees, who take no personal responsibility for their own failure to do their job. My wife had a long appointment (3+ hours) to get multiple rounds of blood drawn, after each round, the employee at labcorp would call my wife back when it was time to get her blood drawn. Before the FINAL round of drawing blood my wife realized that it was past the waiting time and was wondering why she had not been called back yet for her final round. She went to the desk and the lady told her that it was too late and she needed to redo the entire process at a later date. Instead of apologizing for their error, they doubled down and blamed my wife for not keeping track of the time in between rounds. No apology or anything, just accusing the patient of something she was not responsible for, and wasted a ton of my wife's time, who had to take PTO for this appointment. The employees at this location should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of competence and empathy.

Nasty attitudes and poor customer service. Very rude. Does not answer the phone (said only two people were working and they were busy). The locked the door before closing hours and got smart stating they want to leave the facility at 4 pm not drawing blood. Then the lady stated I didn't have a order in the system butafter leaving my doctor showed me where there was one. I would not recommend this place based on rude service and poor work ethics!!! I would love to speak to the actual manager or owner.
