They open the doors at 7:30 ish but don’t start until 8:00. What a waste of time. On top of all that I had to wait an additional 55 minutes because of a .40 cents bill that would not allow my order to be as I was told pushed through.

JANIYA...Niya to her friends is the best. I have deep veins and even emergency rooms have to use the ultrasonic machine to find my deep rolling veins. It took a team of vein specialist an hour to find veins during a surgery. But not Niya.....it took about 2 seconds with one stick. BAM! my blood work was done. From now on I am going to this labcorp. In and out....one stick. Niya J. Is the best!

This is the location I usually come to for all my lab work. The girls are pleasant and knowledgeable. Today Nia (I hope I spelled her name right) she did my blood work, she is so good at her job. She found the vein quickly and I didn't feel the pinch at all ? she was comforting and pleasant. I was literally in and out in a blink of an eye. Thank you Nia

Made an appointment online. Easy check in. Everything was clean. Painless and quick blood draw. Friendly staff. Not sure where all the negative comments come from but my experience was good.

Once my name was called I was greeted with an attitude “I have been trying to reach you for two days”. I advised that I have not received anything from this location, instead of moving on to just tell me why they were trying to reach me, she proceeded to insist that they were trying to reach me. Fast forward she asked if my information was the same, I gave her my new insurance card after which she advised me that I have an outstanding bill from 2018. During all of this there was another lady sitting on the desk not in a chair, eating, when the outstanding balance was mentioned she literally busted out laughing. Initially I was going to resolve the billing issue that I was not aware of until now, but instead decided to leave and go to another location to resolve the matter since it’s clear the front desk staff lack something common called “courtesy and respect” when dealing with people….drive the extra miles to go to another location for service. This location is not worth the energy…..

Sat for 2+ hours. Incompetent, you should choose another center.1. Gave the wrong email to send the reports- kept waiting.2. 30 mins to find the test code.3. 30 mins wait for other patients4. Started my test, completed it.5. We sat again for my wife’s turn.Now she says - she didnt do the paper work for my wife.6. Waited again 20 mins7. Wife is called in- some starts to draw blood and then the nurse changes— 25 mins in they still drawing blood..All 3 nurses passing her around to be attended.A completely incompetent place if you need more than 2 test.I am sitting now in the waiting room, after i told them she will faint if they keep trying.They suggested redoing the 10 blood draw together. .. i was like pls carry out the test for blood drawn.Now they don’t know what test they drew the blood for. Waiting for another 15 mins…

Dropped in this morning for some bloodwork. Good experience at the front desk. Lady was friendly. Lab tech named DeAsia was fantastic at her job. Didn’t feel a thing. She was very cordial and friendly. Thanks for doing a great kid DeAsia.

I was at this location yesterday with 2 test kits for bone borrow transplant, Ms. Adia at the front desk was nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional! I guess this is not something LabCorp or Quest do often, especially when the actual lab-work will be done at a hospital in CA and billed through my brother's insurance. Long story short, Ms. Adia took time to look up the codes in her computer to make sure LabCorp can help me, whereas Quest turned me away without trying twice. I am just so grateful for Ms. Adia for being there yesterday, it showed that she cares about people and knows the importance of her job. We need more people like her in this industry!

Worst service possible. This employee (in picture) should get the worst employee of the century award!! Talks too much, acts like busy, yet gets nothing done. She looks at my two pages of lab orders and tells me sit back down. Then she takes me out of cue, (name disappears from the monitor). Takes the next patient. Then later re-instates me in the cue and the name appears again but this time appears after the patient who came after me. Only so that she wouldn’t have to put in all those orders because I got pushed on to her colleague. She was not only not fair to me but she was not fair to her colleague. She should be dishonorably DISCIPLINED. Shame on Labcorp for failing to ensure honesty and integrity.

Just left this location after receiving routine blood work, and the young lady Tamira Tyson was AMAZING! E was very kind, soft spoken, and such a delightful soul. I’m much older than she and seeing such a wonderful young lady with a great work ethic is so refreshing especially first thing in the morning. Thank you Tamira for your kindness, and professionalism. Please keep your same sweet and kind demeanor and never let anyone succeed at trying to change it! However, the ladies at the front desk had too much going on this morning, and were less attentive to everyone. But the young lady (light skinned with a ponytail I think) once she came in, she called me up and she was rather very delightful and kind as well. I didn’t get her name, but I certainly would like to thank her too! Thank you !

I have severe needle phobia. Today was the first time I didn’t hyperventilate or cry. I had my premeds and numbing cream. I brought a VR set and they allowed me to play that and get it set up before they even touched me. Once I was “in the game”, they started looking for my vein. They checked both arms. The phlebotomist even allowed me to use my own tourniquet (the rubber ones are triggering for me). When she was having trouble, she asked for someone more experienced. They got the blood, didn’t even feel the needle! It was over before I knew it and I was out of there! The trick is to make an appt for the bloodwork, I waited only because I needed to lay down and the wait was maybe 3 minutes total. If I hadn’t needed to lay down, I was called back as soon as I checked in. Thank you for taking such amazing care of me! I truly appreciate it! I need more people like you to help me overcome this phobia!
