I walked in pleasant and wasn’t greeted. I commenced to ask about their one hour service. The older lady rudely shook her head and finger while saying that is no longer. I said, you may want to change your signs because it still says you provide that service. She angrily said, no I don’t have to everybody knows that. I said, everybody doesn’t know if they don’t come here. She then turned and walked away dismissive. I gave a mouthful of words and walked out. She was extremely rude and I’ll never patronize this business.

This is just simply the best dry cleaners if you want a quality result from a place that remembers your name as if you were their only custoner.

To all that are leaving bad reviews... Dry cleaners are like babysitters... Find one you love and use them, but don't hate the rest. This family run dry cleaners has been wonderful for the last 7 years I've been going. I don't even take a ticket and my clothes are pulled before I get into the building. They're definitely a bit ornery and stuck in their ways, but that doesn't make them bad. If you can't tell within five minutes that they're old school then you're socially deaf. They still do shoe repair for goodness' sake.If you want to be treated like royalty, go somewhere else... They're more about treating you like family. And welcome to a Korean family.Dry cleaning is a hard industry to remain profitable in and leaving reviews that are likely a reflection of your behavior as well does nothing to help a business that's been in Catonsville longer than many have lived there.

Will not ever be going back to this place, just left there for a suit and a shirt to be cleaned, the lady act as though she did not even want to do my business, and then she said there is no more one hour cleaning service, and I said then you need to remove the signs because that is what is being advertised everywhere it's one hour, and she said no, no more and just walked away. Very unprofessional

Horrible. Needed an altercation. Nice & friendly upon arrival. Alteration not completed to my specifications, now they suddenly don't understand English. Refused to make corrections. Rude and dismissive. Do not patronize.

As stated in earlier review, very impolite, no one hour cleaning available. I asked if they could just press a pair of pants and a shirt in house and they said no. Just "no" not "I'm sorry but we don't have the equipment on premiss". Im just going to stick with zipps from now on.

I WOULDN'T PATRON THIS CLEANERS IF THEY OFFERED FREE SERVICE! Fist off the customer service is horrific! The women that greeted me looked surprised, I had to ask her if she was available to help me. My Husband had to go out of town unexpectedly, so I combed the Internet to find a same day Dry cleaners. Before I took the drive from WHC to Catonsville, I called SEVERAL times, with no answer, and desperate, I schlepped my three young kids to the cleaners hoping for the best, but what I got instead, was the worst. I asked about the one hour service, and she laughed, and said the cleaning couldn't be ready until the following day. I asked her if she answers the phone, because I had called several times, she replied "sometimes!"

If you are looking for rude service and damaged goods, this is definitely the place. We have gone here a few times in the past couple of years without any major problems. Every time we went there, we noticed the lady who runs the shop was very rude but since the services we cheap and the clothes were never really damaged, we didn't care as much. I guess you get what you pay for. We took my prom dress to be hemmed and it has three layers, the outer layer, the petticoat and a little net at the bottom to give it poof. We asked her if they could hem it and she said yes. She had mentioned that only the outer layer and the petticoat needed to be hemmed since the net was a bit higher anyways and asked if we would like it pressed. We said sure. The prices she told us were different from the prices listed on the little sign board in the corner because "it was old." She was very rude the whole time and appeared to be very annoyed. We went to pick the dress up next week and we noticed a red lipstick stain in the bottom front. We went back to her and asked how it got there and she looked offended that we would ask her where it came from since all her employees were men and she didn't wear lipstick. So, we asked her if she could remove the stain regardless of where it came from and she refused, saying she can't. She repeatedly accused the store we had got it from or stated it was used. We had bought the dress new and without blemish. Nobody in my house owns any red lipstick. As we were leaving, she mentioned she had hemmed the net free of charge even though we hadn't specified to hem it. However, she had told us when we came to drop the dress of that the net wouldn't need to be hemmed. I don't understand what kind of dry cleaner's just blatantly lies and refuses to clean a stain. The next day, we went to a different dry cleaner who cleaned the lipstick stain for free. It was completely gone. We had also noticed some other stains on the dress which they cleaned for under $2.

This is not a one-hour dry cleaner. It's more like a one week. The woman that works there is very rude

I have been here twice to get clothes hemmed. Pants are properly hemmed pretty quick with a 24 hr turn around. Which is great when you need the clothes the next day. Pricing is sketchy. There is no pricing listed. When you ask the lady it is like she just pulls it from the sky. When I was the pant hemming is $8 per pant. They is always one lady running the shop. She has no customer service etiquette. Come here last min. Avoid if possible.

Went on a Saturday am for one hour service for a suit. The woman behind the counter said no and then rudely just turned around a walked back towards the TV. They advertise the service but don't provide it AND give attitude?!? I'll never patronize this establishment the again and recommend that you stay far away as well.
