Hello. I would like to report a complaint and I am already contacting the district manager on top of that. In December 13th around 1030 and spent $206.08 one of the items I bought was a $48 Tommy Hilfiger coat. When I was leaving the store with my mom, the security alarm went off and I started walking back in a worry that I had a security tag on one of my items. The employees insisted that the security alarm had been doing that all night and not to worry about it--I said OK and left.This morning I was wrapping all my gifts and the Tommy Hilfiger coat included--like most people would I took off the stickers that showed the price including the Marshall's sticker. I quickly realized the security tag pictured.So I went around 5:40 this evening-Christmas eve because I needed this wrapped for tomorrow, Christmas Day. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the receipt since the purchase was made on 12/13.I walked into the Marshall's where I purchased it--the alarm went off because of the tag. * saw an older woman in the shoe department who looked like she may work there and I said hello, she just stared at me. I then said hi do you work here? And she said yes. I told her you probably heard the alarm but I just purchased this coat a couple weeks ago and went to explain what happened with the tag and that I just noticed it today. She then asks if I have the receipt, I said that's the problem is that I don't unfortunately but I can show you the transaction on my bank app. She then proceeds to work with the shoes with no response which is rude. I deserve a response and to not be ignored. I then asked do you want to see the app? She says "that's not going to do anything, go in the line up front and they might be able to take it off."I then waited in the line for about 10 minutes, feeling like she thought I was a liar and felt embarrassed.I finally get to my turn and a woman who looks like she may be the manager(standing in the line--NOT at the cashier side) asks me what I need and I proceed to explain that I don't have a receipt but I purchased the item and I am just stressed because the woman by the shoes called me a liar and told me to wait in the line.She then interrupts me and says "she didn't SAY that, you can't accuse people of something they didn't SAY, she may have looked at you like you was a liar, but didn't say that. I heard the whole conversation." I then proceeded to say "well she was looking at me that way and being dismissive and if you heard the whole thing, why didn't you chime in to help instead of embarrassing me to come in the line?" She then says "well she can't help over there." I then said "ok well I didn't know that" at one point she grabs my elbow and I tell her to not touch me. I am not happy and that is harassment, on top of being embarrassed I get touched without consent. I then go to the cashier who tells me they absolutely cannot remove the security tag unless I have a receipt. I then ask about security footage if I provide the day and time and she states "we don't have security footage" which is extremely concerning. I walked out the store crying and embarrassed like never before. I don't recommend anyone to shop here and I look forward to speaking with the store manager and district manager. Now one of my Christmas gifts are ruined because my loved one can't even wear it. I look forward to an apology from these individuals and need their names so I can file additional complaints on ALL social media platforms and a lawsuit if needed.Merry Christmas to me

This location has a good variety of items overall compared to other locations around the city with empty shelves. The bathrooms however are FILTHY. They look as though they hadn’t been clean in a week.

After working for 8 weeks in such a toxic environment for a minimum pay of 13.50, they would call me for 2 hours, sometime for 1 hour and some days for 8 hours. They would not even give me 40 hours. They promise me that they will give me my orientation pay but they screwed me for those hours as well. I informed the manager 3 times but she lack respect and empathy and did not help. Imagine living in these inflationary environment and working for minimum wage and being screwed for those hours. I hope message reach cooprate and they make the necessary changes for new associate where they are welcomed and treated fairly and compensated properly.

It was neat and clean but did not cater to plus size women at all there wasn't a lot of shoes in size 11 for women or 12 for me and there was no purchase in Need For Me

This Marshalls in particular is located in the shopping center in Catonsville, i believe is on Route 40. It was clean and fairly organized, but with very limited selection in women's skirts, even dresses because I found two or three of the same dresses. On top of this, there are pretty much 0 decent options for dresses for a night out, for example, the same regarding skirts. It's a hit or miss with this store.

Not the best experience while in the store. When my girlfriend asked for help from the manager Erica L. my girlfriend asked for help with locating hand soap and Erica L nonchalantly gave a vague direction without any real assistance . It was worse during checkout. Erica L made rude comments about my girlfriend taking her time to get to the register. My girlfriend is injured and it takes her a while to get around, so the comment was highly disrespectful. Even while she was ringing my one item up, her attitude didn't seem customer friendly. She made three different comments as well about not wanting to be in the store or even at work. Everyone was fine and helpful, especially Monique who was in the register helping my girlfriend. I'd come again, but maybe not while this manager is on staff.

The store has beautiful products and is very organized. You can have all the beauty but if no one cleans is like doing nothing at all. The store has to have a wide range of different cultures of employees hired and they don't have it. Please, include in your staffing, Hispanics, Asians, and other nationalities. I saw the type of population that goes to your store includes Indu, Asians, Hispanics, and others. The store is completely dusty and hasn't been cleaned at all. I came into the store, with no air, no sweep or mop. I came out sick sneezing and itchy. I saw people sneezing coming out of the store when I arrived and now I know why. When I was inside I saw people sneezing too! We are passing still through COVID-19, Flu & other viruses. We need Cleanness! PLEASE, clean the store. You need to contact a company that will really clean; not only throw only the trash. I notice that other stores like Target hire Hispanics to clean and this makes a difference, they really clean! Thanks!

I just dropped in for a few things and as usual, always shopped ?. Their prices are somewhat affordable. Usually, I find what I am looking to buy. I would recommend shopping here.
