This place seems like scam. We wanted to switch our service to metro. The guy there gave us misleading info about available plans. Then he set us the different plan we wanted claiming that we are not eligible to the one we selected. Strange. At the end he added chargers and screen protectors claiming that this is "a great deal". He did not gave us a final price until we actually paid. When I checked the receipt I realized that these chargers and screen protectors are actually very expensive. When we wanted to returned these items he said that only manager is authorized to accept returns and he is not currently there. "Come back another day"Very disappointingUpdate: I am unable to return stuff they forced us to buy - still they claimed manager is not present and won't be there this week.They simply refuse to accept our returns violating their own policy (there is nothing in their policy that manager or anybody else needs to authorize return.

We walked in today looking to sign up for a new phone and a new line and we were greeted by Ty. He was very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously. We were able to get a Brand new phone today for an excellent deal and Ty helped us get it setup in store and activated. He even helped us pick out a phone case and screen protector for the phone and installed it for us. We truly appreciate his expertise as he mentioned he's only been working at the location for a month. Ty, keep up the great work and thank you again for everything!

I would like to ask will Metro Corporate Office Promote, Acknowledge and Celebrate three of the most Professional, Courtesy, and Well Trained Metro Employees I've had the honor of providing me (Jacqueline Anderson) 10+ Customer Service (Shay, DeRay and Heidi). These Metro Employees walk out Metro Missions Statement, Objectives and 10+ Customer Service. I've been a Customer for 20 + years. Wait time was very long. The one gentleman working was not very polite and even discussed my situation with a different customer while I was standing there which is unprofessional. I would't return to this store and I actually decided to just drop Metro completely because this was just a terrible situation.

Very rude ,sarcastic and nasty management. The workers before was nicer ,I am not sure what happened or why all the workers before are gone...but this new crew is horrible.

So yesterday I was here at 5330 baltimore national pike to get an upgrade. I had a Samsung Galaxy S21. I Let the person that waited on me tell me it that the Samsung Galaxy A14 was the same when I used it the phone it quality was low. I called customer care and was told I would get a full refund however I'm in the same store as was yesterday speaking to another representative and he saying his brother was new and made a mistake yesterday on the sale it was actually a downgrade from a s21 corporate said today it was nothing they can do the sale is final and if we choose to leave company so be it so basically we had to lower our plan after 13yrs of service with them because they didn't want to fix they mistake it alot of passing the buck so after 13 yes we deciding it time to move on from Metro pcs.

Just came to port in a number. And realized that this location is no longer a corporate store although metro store locator say this one is… No bad feelings about the location only not updated information from the web…

The lady working there was very rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. The customer service is awful. Then she put everything I bought in the bag and just sat it in the counter and yelled anything else. So as I was walking out the store I realized she didn’t put the phone in the bag and got smart when I said something about it. SMH never again will go there

I had a real serious problem with my phone I was so disgusted with it I really wanted to just throw it away but I went to the corporate store where I was told to go and there was a guy named Paul there this guy assured me that he could help me he went through my phone got everything I needed done I just couldn't believe it because I tried a different stories for a polite very helpful and his partner is very considered and polite too I definitely made this my only store now I have a problem or I need something this is to play some coming and also a young lady yesterday I went there to see about a phone she was from New York and she was very polite and very helpful pointed me in the right direction I mean every place in for everybody but this is the right place for me thanks Metro you save me and my phone LOL

The worst thing was I waited one hour and I paid 100 and they didn’t activate anything for me and they took 20 dollars activation fee when they haven’t activated any thing of mine. The WORST metro store, they didn’t do any activation from me and all they did was take money from me

The lady working there yesterday, 5/27, at around 3:30 p.m., who was helping us, seemed as though she wanted to be the rudest person that she could be. I cant remember her name, but i believe it started with an 'S'?. Every time we asked questions, she would answer them as though we were idiots for not knowing the answer. When we wanted to add international calling, she very passive aggressively got mad at us for not informing her earlier when she never gave us the chance to add or change any services to the lines. When she was done activating our phones, she didn't tell us that she was finished and when I asked her if everything was done, she rudely said "4 phones and a tablet. Yeah." She had an earphone in her right ear constantly just listening to music or whatnot and was basically mad whenever we wanted to ask her something and we were "bothering" her from her music. Just thinking of the service from the man working there, I would give my experience 4 stars because the other employees didnt seem to care that she was being rude. But mainly because of the female associate who decided to be absolutely unprofessional and insincere, it was a no for me. Seems like other reviewers have complained about possibly the same women and seeing that this business has done nothing about it since, it makes me think these reviews don't do anything regarding customer service education or just plain firing someone who hates to be nice to customers. I hope anyone who reads this finds this helpful and avoids being helped by the woman I'm speaking about. If you're unfortunate and are helped by her, don't be "stupid" about phones and don't ask questions.
