11/24/23, I came to this Mr. Tire to get a nail removed from my tire since I'd purchased Road Hazard Protection from Mr. Tire back on 11/20/21 from the Mr. Tire located at 6332 Baltimore National Pike. You may ask why would I come to this location since I purchased the protection at another store? Answer: because when I went to the Mr. Tire at 6332 Baltimore National Pike to get the job done, I was told that they couldn't perform the service because they had no technicians working. Mind you, this was at 3:45 PM on a Saturday and the business wasn't scheduled to close until 7PM. Huge shout out to Marcus and the staff of Mr. Tire located at 5545 for fulfilling another store's service because they were prepared and ready.

My experience with this business was terrible. Over the weekend, I made an appointment online for Monday. The website offered for me to select an appointment time, and I selected between 1 and 7 PM because I planned to drop off my car after work.On Monday, I received a call from an associate, asking if I was coming to my 1 PM appointment. Surprised, I explained that I must have misunderstood the website scheduling and asked if I could drop off my car at 5 PM instead. The associate said it's better to make an early appointment in case we need to order a tire for you. I asked if I could reschedule for Wednesday instead. The associate said that was fine and we rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday at noon.I received a confirmation email that my appointment was on Wednesday from 1 to 7 PM. On Wednesday, I called in advance to confirm whether I should arrive at 12 or 1 PM since I received different information by phone and email. The associate said I should come at 1:30 PM if possible because the technician was running behind schedule. I explained I needed to come a little earlier because my husband would be picking me up at 1 PM. The associate said that was fine.We arrived to drop off my car at 12:45 PM. The associate then notified me that the technician needed to leave unexpectedly and wouldn't be able to work on my car until Friday.I understand that life happens, but this experience was fraught with needless confusion and miscommunication over scheduling long before the last minute cancellation. As a result, I will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend this business.

First time at this location of Mr Tire, very welcoming atmosphere, professionalism at its best, wait was not long, I felt an honest assessment of the recommendations, I would recommend this establishment.

October 17, 2023 @10:05amPlease review the following:I have been a Mr. Tire customer for quite a while. The level of customer service is greatly lacking in my situation, that is prompting me to communicate to you today. I had my car towed to the Mr Tire at 5545 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville MD 21228, and arrived at 4pm on Saturday 10/14/23. I selected a tire and was having lunch waiting for them to finish, I was told it would be an hour and a half. While having lunch, I decided to call them to make sure I told them about the flat tire in the bed of my truck. Upon connecting the service person told me that the Tech had a family emergency, and they could not complete my car today. I said to the service person, I was just calling you to remind you of the flat tire in the bed of my truck. She said yes and moved on to tell me it was not going to be fixed until Monday as they are closed on Sunday. At this point I am already an hour late for work. I asked if there was another tech who could do the work. The service person told me she already checked and no. So now not only do I not get my truck back to go to work, I am now forced to pay for other means. There was no offer to help, tow to another store or acknowledgement of the inconvenience and expense this is now costing me to find alternate transportation until Monday. Monday comes and I am expecting a call from Mr. Tire, I also need to let an Area or District manager know of what I am going through. I call the other Mr Tire in catonsville to try and find a contact and was told that the Manager is new, they don't have his phone number, they can only e-mail and hope he contacts them. Not confident with this answer but I let it go. I wait and hour, when I did not hear back I called again. The gentleman I spoke to told me that he would see what he could do about finding them and he would call me back. Again, not confident in this answer. I wait again for an hour and a half. I call the store in Ellicott City, I spoke to Marissa, told her my story and she offered to contact the Mr Tire where my Truck is, to try and help. I assume she calls because I get a call from the Mr Tire who has my truck and they tell me its ready and I can come pick it up. Again, no acknowledgement or apology from the service person. I call Marissa back and thanked her for her help but I really needed to speak to some type of distric manager who can assist. She gave me the customer service number to which I called. Cant remember the agent I spoke to but she was very nice. She told me she would have the Area Manager(forgot the tittle) called Armondo get in contact with me or someone on his staff. As of this notice I still have not heard from them. After picking up my truck I went back to my apartment to get my bags for work. When I came back out to the truck, I looked in the bed out of curiosity. Sure enough, the flat tire I told them about is still in the bed. They replaced the original flat and replaced a tire that had nothing wrong with it but some wear. Tuesday morning I call customer service. Asked the woman if they documented phone calls, she said they do and proceeded to tell me what was documented. I asked her to escalate this to her manager. SH told me she could and put me on hold. After a couple of minutes I get transferred to what I assume is the managers voice mail. I leave a message, hang up and call back. This time the agent got me a Manager Mackenzie. AT first Mackenzie offered me a refund so that I can now buy the new tire again for the other one. I asked instead of going through all that I f I could get my tire replaced and just go to the store. Mackenzie thought I didn't want to go back which was why he was offering. I said no I'll go back, I was very cordial in dealing with them. Even at the point where they did not call or communicate next steps to me the day they told me my truck should be ready. I thank Mackenzie and then call the Mr tire to make an appointment for Saturday at 8:10am. The service person I spoke to (same one mind you, same lack of customer service f

I bought a new tire and had it installed on my car here recently. I had gotten a flat nearby and they were easy to get ahold of over the phone, had direct and friendly service, and I was in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Awful. I called before going they said they could 100% get the work done today. When I arrived they said the same. When I showed up to pick the car up before closing THEY HADN’T EVEN GOT TO IT. Told me they wouldn’t be able to do it. Don’t go here. Save yourself the waste of time and the false commitment.

Allen, the representative at Mr. Tire, provided excellent service. He took the time to explain what he and his team had done to my vehicle. He was extremely kind and respectful. I feel like people see a woman alone and assume that we know nothing about cars so they can take advantage of us but not Allen!!! I highly recommend Allen because he has integrity as well as knowledge about vehicles. Allen made my day.

The service here was great! Allen was the best and made sure to find the nail in my tire, put my spare on for the evening, and both find, order, and replace my messed up tire the next day when no one else was able to help!

I went today Mr Tire today to get an oil change and a couple of tires. The service I received was outstanding, the gentleman behind the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He gave me some really useful advice and the best service hands down. If you're ever in the area please stop by Mr Tires and a gentleman named Davon will take great care of you.

Usually I don't have a problem with them but this one time they really screwed me over it was memorial Day weekend and I needed my car fixed because I had a lot of driving to do. I made an appointment online took my car there and left it then they call me and tells me one guy there had any emergency and had to go home so they couldn't fix my car now I'm scrambling to find someplace to fix it so I can start my memorial Day drive in the morning I went there because I wanted to support black Americans cuz it's a black mr. Tire if you didn't know I ended up going up the street to another mr. Tire where there wasn't a black person inwhere there wasn't a black person in there not what I wanted but I wanted my car fixed

This place patched my tire two years ago, and then replaced it when it finally kicked the can. They always were easy-going and honest and they did everything efficiently and well. I got helped by Gary and he did a great job.
