The pizza, dessert, and sides were good. Delivery driver was rude and condescending. He pounded on my door like he was the cops. Then asked if I ordered food. When I said yes he asked my name and told me he tried to call me. I replied I was in class. Then said he texted and called. I told him again I am in my online class. He proceeded to tell me I need to answer my phone when someone calls, and told me to take my pizza as he held open the bag. Seriously I spent $71. I can easily go somewhere else. Please train your drivers this isn’t how to treat people. Do better.

I ordered a large pizza. 3 slices of pizza didn't even have cheese on them. I ordered original crust and got flat bread. Whoever boxed this pizza saw how it looked and still decided to seal it and give it to me. This was my first time ordering from this location and my last!!!

Where do I begin? Don't order from here. Ordered a pepperoni pizza delivered plain cheese. The order was 45 minutes late, so the wings as well as the other pizza we ordered were cold.

I received a notification at 5:05 p.m saying my order was ready. I was already in the parking lot so I headed into the store, only to find out my order was NOT ready. My order had in fact been given to another customer (which the employees did not bother to tell me, I overheard them talking). I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes, which it was NOT. While I was waiting for my order I witnessed many things going wrong in the store. 1. The employee taking phone orders kept inputting the wrong information 2. My order was given to the wrong person 3. Another customers order was wrong 4. Customers were not being greeted properly 5. An employee dropped a pizza box on the floor and picked it up to put a customers order inside. I was disgusted! I did not walk out of the store with my order until 5:28 p.m. I understand that things happen and it was a busy time of day, but these types of errors/mistakes could be avoided if more attention was being paid.

I'd give it a zero if I could, we ordered pizza from them, and after waiting 2 hours, we tried calling to check if it was coming at all, and management kept hanging up on us. We had to call corporate to even get a refund. Dominos all the way!

I must say this one the best and cleanest Papa John's u can visit! First time there today, I was very impressed, mainly because the young man they have in there is really nice, CLEAN and professional! He washed his hands before going back to make pizzas, after walking around the store prepping! And yes for that, they DESERVE FIVE STARS! I've been to many pizza places, never seen that done, I would either have to ask them to wash their hands, or out the door I go! So young man, u keep up the good work and KEEP doing what, YOU DO! I believe u do know who I am, trust me I will be back soon! ??

Ordered a pepperoni pizza that tasted a little off…maybe spoiled pepperoni?? So called the store and they graciously sent another…but the driver came to the door swinging the pizza bag at his feet. He struggled to get it out the bag and I said why would you carry the pizza like that? I stood on my porch and opened it front of him and he said “this is how they gave it to me”….I threw it right in the trash after I took this picture. Never again.

I ordered my one pizza and one two liter Pepsi at 7:46 pm, I didn’t walk out of the door after watching two walk-ins, a Delivery driver come back twice and I still didn’t receive my pizza and drink until 8:40 pm. The only reason I played it cool is because of gentlemen were cool and kept apologizing for the inconvenience and I appreciate that, but the Caucasian female with the red hair that came up to the register did not give a dam. Very dry atmosphere from the other employees. I understand it’s Friday and we all wanna get home but never again. I always went to this location. Never Again. ?

I ordered the new garlic stuff crust pizza half cheese half pepperoni on line. The pizza wasn't even garlic crust n the whole pizza had pepperoni on it and it wasn't even cooked all the way! I tried calling the store to speak to someone but it was all recordings n no one ever answered! Worst experience ever and worst pizza I've ever eaten! Papa Johns, YOU SUCK!!!!

Kinda weird to pull into their parking lot and be met by this massive hill/lump to park on, but other than that, the pizza isn't awful, the staff is nice and you get good deals after the local sports teams win, so I'll keep coming for that if nothing else. Occasionally, there's a bit of chicken on my vegetarian pizzas which makes me wonder about the tidiness of the prep spaces, but again, for 50% deals, I'm not complaining.

Tried this place twice. Both times were well over an hour and I live less than 2 miles away. Pizza arrived room temperature both times. This time the cheese had slid off of one of them. Looking for another pizza place...

Was headed out of town so called in my order. When I arrived the order was still being made and took a bit of time before was ready so I paid quickly and left. Couple minutes down the road I checked the order and it's completely wrong. Call the store back but they wanted me to drive all the way back and wait again for a new order. Eventually got them to issue a refund over the phone but I still have not yet seen it. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

I ordered food they didn’t deliver outside the parking.door was closed ICalled order 25 minutes no one answered the doorbell phone.when they answered the phone I tried explaining I’m outside the parking lot,can u delivery your parking lot?they say no only address they deliver.I was traveling I’mFrom Florida this location Catonsville MD.anyway I give them someone address then didn’t have pizza.I love pizza from papa j❤️❤️❤️
