If your pet has ever shown the SLIGHTEST bit of fear or " aggression" to these people they're listed as "aggressive" in their files and treated like convicts. Their instant response to these animals coming in is to basically want to muzzle and restraint them even if they're fully docile. It's inappropriate to just assume the animal is aggressive. Any PROPERLY TRAINED vet should know how interact with an upset animal.Dissapointed with the treatment of my dogs.

I have gone to Paradise for many years and have never been disappointed. Their treatments have been spot on and kept my animals in good health. They are kind and friendly and responsive to my needs.

The vet care has been satisfactory, but DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE PHARMACY. I have wasted so much time calling the vet to get them to approve orders over 1 week after I submitted them. For two separate orders, they told me that they couldn’t approve my existing order and asked me to resubmit - then a month later they approve the original order and I’m stuck paying for two orders. When you reach out to them, they say they can’t do anything to help because the online pharmacy on their website isn’t run by them. I will never order anything from their online pharmacy again.

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would! My daughter used to work here and I took my dog here and it has been the worst animal hospital I have ever experienced!If you think this is a trustworthy and honest place to take your pet, think again!I brought my dog here to get spayed. They gave me a print out of the total cost. A few weeks later, Katina the office manager sent me an invoice for more than $800 more and no additional services were provided. As a matter of fact, when picking my dog up from surgery, the doctor who performed the surgery told me that she accidentally almost killed my dog by accidentally cutting her main artery which was causing her to bleed out!This place is absolutely horrible! They are after money and that is it. Your pets best interest will NOT be at heart! Only what they can make off of you! This practice was way better when the old people owned and operated it! The best decision we made was to take our pets elsewhere and for my daughter to take on a position at a new office.

Our dog was pretty sick and Dr. Halpren agreed to see him even though we had another vet (Our vet clinic was closed). We can't say enough about the entire staff from front desk to the vet techs and of course, Dr. Halpren. Suffice it to say, we were treated so well that we have decided to change Vets. This is an excellent practice!

What a great place!! Dr Kats and tech Dagny were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain what they were doing and were incredible with both of my cats. There are plenty of full service vets near me but I will happily drive 40 minutes to Paradise!! Thank you again!

My dogs and I have had a great experience with Paradise Animal Hospital. The Vet and the staff are very caring and gentle with my pets. The prices are reasonable, and they communicate well before performing additional tests.

I absolutely love the interactions I have with staff IN PERSON. But there have been 2 separate instances where the on-phone customer service was lacking. A bit of an attitude when I was asking questions. I’m unsure if I’m each instance if I was speaking to the same person but, either way, the phone calls need to be up to par with their face to face service.

After multiple frustrating situations and confusing calls, the front desk manager Alyssa (or Elyssa sorry if i spelled it wrong) gave me a call early in the morning to clear everything up and did everything she could to rectify my situation and made me feel a lot better in the end. I was able to get my dog scheduled to get his ears looked at and was able to get all the information i needed!

Spent a lot of money with this outfit over the last four or five years. My dog has bad allergies. Called to get an appointment today and could not even get a phone call back from any of the management. Horrible customer service, especially After I explained to 3 separate employees that my dog needed to be seen. I even sent an email with a picture of the hotspot irritation On my dog's ribs and explaining the red irritations on her belly. Not even the common decency to call me back and perhaps prescribe me something. I'm done with this place.!!!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not even a return call from the leading vet running this place. Called 3 times. 4 if you count the email.
