Don’t think to go to this nail salon I should have known better because the reviews are horrible. The lady who is always at the front taking payments n etc is very nasty and unprofessional. I think she needs to seriously go to therapy because a grown women getting loud with a customer not knowing how to communicate effectively says a lot. I was so disgusted that the one lady who was actually doing my nails is not very neat and for what they charge that’s not acceptable . I originally booked with Hanna however she doesn’t do acrylic gel but I was not aware because the nasty manager/owner never specified that before I came in . I was there one time before and I saw how she designed nails so I thought she did everything as to why I even made the appointment to go to her . The lady up the front has a nasty disposition even told me to shut up . I see why this place doesn’t do a whole lot of business even on the weekends. Also she lied the first time I ever came into the nail shop and said you don’t really do nails. However I witnessed her doing nails several times but it appears she only does certain customers. Run Run Run it’s not worth it and when you spend your money you want it to be worth it . I will NEVER go to that nail salon again because some not all need more experience with doing nails the right way that makes a difference. Please don’t even waste your time on this establishment . I witnessed her even getting smart with the people who work for her just a nasty bitter unhappy women.

If possible I would give them 0 stars. I went here to get a pedicure. Since they were a little busy, I had to wait a little bit which I had no problem with. They got the water ready for me and I put my feet in while I waited. I was scrolling on my phone when all of a sudden my stomach issues came out of nowhere and I really needed to use the bathroom. I asked for a towel, but they offered a dirty, used, and wet towel that was laying on the floor. I asked for a clean towel and they told me I'd have to wait. I'm sorry but I don't have time to wait. I needed to go before I had an embarrassing accident. So I literally rushed out with my flip flops and belongings and left with my feet wet. What kind of service is that? You offer me a wet dirty towel to dry my feet and ask me to wait for someone to bring me a clean towel. I will never come here again. You don't treat people that way. I wasn't yelling or making a scene at all. Yet got treated so badly. No thanks.

I stopped in for a quick Pedicure and Ena got me together! 10 out of 10! I'll definitely be back! Didn't even know this was here! I like how she removed my cuticles with out extra cutting! She took her time but got me out! My new fav

Bad customer service and wait time is way too long. They are rude and inconsiderate, I will not be coming here anytime soon. I recommend going to a different nail place! 👎

I haven't been here in years....came for new year and valentines day....Nina is great both times...but the last time a different girl did my polish change and she was fast. Highly recommend.

I hate that I have to leave a bad review... my incident happened in Jan 2023 and although I was highly upset, I thought it was an isolated incident. However I've been seeing a trend with customers complaining about extremely high prices or about being charged a different amount than originally quoted after service has started or when paying. I had been a bi weekly loyal client of Annie and had not had any issues with her service or prices. Until I noticed that each time the service started getting more and more expensive. It went from approx 85-100 for ped, full set gel with designs to 120. At first I said nothing and still gave a tip. The final straw was when Anne suggested that I get a manicure before my full set. Ok, now I expected to pay about 20-25 extra for this totally unnecessary service bc technically why would I need a manicure if I'm putting fake nails on top. But anyway I agreed. I was astounded when my bill for just the manicure, gel nails with 4 nails designed came to a whopping 185.00. I left there feeling robbed. A week later I returned to inform the male owner (I believe) of the high bill and even he was surprised and asked what services i received for the bill to be that high, and when I told him he just shook his head and said sorry. Needless to say, I never returned. I feel like Annie played me. She was kind and professional, we spoke about my career, my business and even her family. She gained my trust, then screwed me over. Well I hope it was worth losing a great client over greed. I'm done with paying these nail salons as it now appears to be a common practice to scam customers and commit unarmed robbery.

They have bad service and so unprofessional when I came in with an issue from three days of having my nails done. The lady was rude and nasty about the whole situation, I paid for gel nail and it popped off, one of the workers told me that I need to respect her and listen to her when she is talking like I am a child, they half do work and want fuss with about their wrong doing and the polish is watered down. PLEASE LOOK AT THE VIEW BEFORE GOING BECAUSE EVERYONE IS SAYING THE SAME THING

I have been coming here for many years, but since new management has taken over the quality has really declined. I had to call them out for thinning down their polishes & you can tell because the 1st application of polished should not be matted & streaky. I have had this happen atleast 3 times now. The technicians are GREAT, but I believe it's the new management that is the issue. This place use to be one of the BEST in Baltimore County, but not anymore!!! Sad ??♀️

Let me start by saying Hana was amazing & she was sweet and professional she did my pedicure then I was switched over to someone miserable Didn't get her name because she was extremely rude but the lady who did my nails obviously hated her job & hated being there the customer service was awful and nails were mediocre She offered a new style of nail multiple times, continued to decline and I think that's when she got an attitude, I wanted a full set when I sat down with her she asked me if I wanted a manicure included with the full set because a manicure was sold separately. I asked her exactly what does that mean and basically she described prime and prep which in my experience is a part of the process. She continued to say things like you must not get your nails done a lot & things like this is how it works you maybe just haven't been to a salon in a while. Worse service I've ever experienced. When it was time to pay, they automatically assumed I wasn't gonna tip so I was rushed out I had every intention on tipping Hana but they were just rude I would not suggest this salon. The bedtime manner is just awful, they penny pitch and it's not worth the price
