Just not a very supportive or helpful service provider. Quest seems to be very focused on automated processes so they can limit interacting with customers and lighten their personal effort. To engage with Quest you must follow an elaborate set of instructions on their website. There is no sign in front of their office to indicate that you've reached the correct office (I think it only says Advanced Radiology). There is no one at the lobby to greet or assist. You must provide a bar code to get attention which is hard when their scanner doesn't work. And do expect to be scolded by the technician if you haven't emailed the lab slip in advance - having in hand is not enough. I really hope to work with service providers who WANT to be helpful and make the experience somewhat pleasant.

Wonderful service at this location. I have a big fear of needles and getting blood drawn but they were so incredible. Honestly one of my best experiences getting bloodwork done!

I made a same day appointment for this location. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes or less. The service was fantastic! I'm not sure if their A/C wasn't working or if the employees like it hot in there, but the temperature was unbearable. Thank goodness they were so fast!

I've used this Quest location a few times whenever I need blood drawn. It's conveniently located in an office park, and is right off 695. I've never had to wait more than two or three minutes to be seen. I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff are always very professional. Quest doesn't have a sign at the front directing you where to go. Follow the signs for Advanced Radiology and enter thru that door. Quest is immediately on the left hand side when you enter the building

Always get excellent service at Quest. They need a bit of an upgrade/sprucing up of their public bathroom at their facility on York Rd in Lutherville, MD.

Get an appointment and you will be out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone there is so pleasant and puts you at ease. I go to the facility on Maiden Choice in Catonsville and won't go anywhere else. Definitely recommend

Have taken my 1 year old here twice now for blood draws (after a bad experience at a different lab). Done efficiently and with 1 poke each time and super friendly staff. It's a bit out of the way for me, but will continue making the drive whenever my kiddo needs labs.

I took my infant daughter for a blood draw here. There were 2 female phlebotomists working who were just incredible with her, kept her happy and engaged and also were very quick and efficient with the blood draw. Barely any crying and she was smiling at them by the time we were leaving. I was so nervous about having to do a blood draw on such a small baby but it was actually a great experience.

My doctor ordered a laundry list of blood work tests to be performed. The lab technician, who was also working the front desk (shame on management for this move - why don't you have a receptionist to handle all the incoming patients?), made it very clear that I was causing her a great deal of stress. After she blatantly told me I gave her too many tests, I overheard her speaking to another patient, named "Jack" in one of the rooms where she brought him to take his blood work - when he told her not to work too hard she told him "this woman is making me work hard because of all the tests she wants." When she finally brought me into room #2 to take my blood, she actually told me that she decided to take all the other patients in the waiting room first, even though I had an appointment, because my order was too difficult and that I was stressing her out.Shame on you for making me feel bad/guilty because my doctor ordered a bunch of tests. THIS IS YOUR JOB! You have no idea what my personal story is and what I'm going through with my doctors to find out what the heck is happening in my body. Find another job so that you can find more peace and joy in your life. And to the manager of this facility - hire a front desk receptionist to deal with all the patients so that lab technicians can better focus on their primary jobs.In the lobby there is a sign that requests patients to provide feedback. The sign says that if there are any issues to take a business card and call the manager. I took the card because I really wanted to discuss this with the manager. The number on the card just takes callers into a ridiculous loop of automated prompts that don't lead anywhere to speaking with the manager. I gave up and decided to let everyone else know about the issue as well as the manager via this Google review.

They have a very poor service. I had my blood drown there recently. After that I had a few centimeter blister on my hand. Few days latter I visited my doctor and nurse was shocked seeing this. Next time I needed covid-19 test. I booked appointment on-line. After arriving at this location I was informed that booking appointment is not enough, I need to order a test on-line (????). When I got back home and check their webpage, there is. nothing there about ordering test. Well, definitely it was a last time when I visited lab quest, at least at this location.

This has been the go-to lab for myself and my family but after my experience yesterday I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I had a scheduled appointment for 7am, the building did not even unlock its doors until 7am and by then there was a group of us including the employees waiting to get in. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, I was called back after some people with later appointment times. None of this really bothered me until the phlebotomist hurried into the room, did not take the time to check which arm may have the easier vein access and proceeded to jab straight through my basilic vein. It was so painful I knew she went through the vein. I soon developed a large hematoma at the site which is well over 3 inches. I was very hydrated, drinking 50oz of water the night before, additional 16 through the night, and another 16 before I arrived. The technician just didn't care to take the time to do her job correctly, I have never had anyone so negligent try to take a blood sample. There are plenty of other labs and locations-go someplace else unless you want to be butchered.

In and out in 17 minutes or less at 8am on a Wednesday! Contactless check-in. Tonie was the sweetest, kindest, most patient tech I have ever worked with at a lab! She gendered me correctly consistently and made sure I was safe. Super satisfied, will go again.
