I got blood drawn this morning. I was a walk in, waited for maybe 15 minutes. Raven was the only one working there. She was running the front desk and taking care of all the blood draws. She did such a great job. Very professional, efficient and friendly.

The employee who worked on 7/15 in the morning was great. I didn’t catch her name. She was friendly, communicative, apologized for the wait, and once I was seen, I was in and out in about 6-8 minutes. The office was clean as well. The employee who helped was the only one working and I could tell she was working hard to do everything with quality.

Clean office and lab area, courteous workers and the service has been great. I hate getting poked but this location has always done a great job dealing with my small veins. I would recommend this place over and over again. For me the location on East rolling crossroads has always been my go to establishment for bloodwork and labs. I do recommend appointments over walk in’s! They always get me in and out quickly. Kudos

I went to this location only after another horrible experience at the Maiden Choice Lane location. They have screwed up my labs 3 times in a row. As a result my Dig levels have not been checked despite Dr K repeatedly putting in labs for them. So this time, after leaving the hellhole that is Maiden Choice, these very nice people at this location took care of me but again did not put thru the labs from Dr K for Dig levels despite my telling them explicitly about them. I wonder why my damnned cardiologist keeps on wanting that checked. Oh yeah, because it is MEDICAL CARE which your incompetent organization keeps on screwing up.
Plus Maiden Choice did not do anything about another patient touching the touch screen and my insurance card. I guess HIPPA violations are just part of the service. I WILL NEVER COME TO QUEST AGAIN

Stopped in on a Monday morning for a quick lab test. They accept walk ins but service is quicker with a scheduled appointment. Use the kiosk to check in. The service was quick and the phlebotomist was friendly. Waiting room was clean and large, plenty of seating.

The medical staff was helpful and compassionate. All my questions were answered explicitly, and I felt my samples were secured

One of your phlebotomists went out of her way to take care of me. I had a chemo date that would have to be changed. So she went ahead and took my STAT tests and called her carrier to please return to her facility to pick them up. I WAS so thankful for her extra attention to my needs.

I came to this location while in town visiting family. There are no Quest Diagnostics near where I live. I needed to get blood work done for my insurance company, which they have a partnership with. In the past, I have gone to their clinic located in Dunwoody, GA, and have always had a pleasant experience there. This location was not as pleasant. So I arrived at 10:33 am and my appt was for 10:10am, so I was late. It was not a big deal because they take walk ins. I simply needed to make an appointment to ensure the location had my paperwork when i arrived. I walked into a completely empty room, and no patients at all were waiting. There were 4 women behind the window having a conversation. They glanced at me when I walked in, said nothing, and then went back to the conversation. I proceeded to go to the kiosk located right in front of the window and signed in. The computer allowed me to choose a walk-in appointment since I was late. The next available appt was 11am, but the computer said they would call me when they were able to. I sat down, and 15 minutes later, one of the women called my name, and I walked over to the window, giving her my insurance card and ID. Once everything was scanned, she called me to the back. My interaction with the woman was good. She was amicable and got straight to business. She did the exam and blood work with care, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The exam room and the entire clinic seemed dirty. I could smell the bathroom just sitting in the room across from it. A little paint and bleach go a long way. It must have been a slow day because I did not see any patients at the facility during my entire visit. Overall, it was an ok experience. I was able to get what I needed done. If I lived in the area and needed to go back to Quest Diagnostics, I would probably choose another location.
