Y’all are constantly out of carts or hand baskets. Your staff is surly and it’s always a frustrating experience no matter what time I’m there.

The bagels here are New York Style. They have a thin skin and chewy inside. I really enjoy these as they’re prepared fresh daily. The price is economical.

This store has been spiraling downward for years. Today's visit is the last straw for us. After "Miss K" the cashier decided that she wasn't in the mood to bag the groceries...Told us that she wasn't required to do so as per the management. That's it for us. Good Luck with that attitude. There are many more options.

Safeway has that old vibe feeling. Safeway has not changed the grocery experience to compete with Wegman's, Whole Foods, or Harris Teeter. It is time to modernize the place so keep customers loyal.

This Safeway is OK with staff not wearing masks appropriately and customers not wearing masks at all. If you shop here, you risk your health and safety.

A true disgrace to the Safeway franchise. Safeway has always been my go to but this store seems more like a hangout for workers. It's dirty and not stocked and meanwhile all workers are just standing around twiddling their thumbs.

This is the worst Safeway I've ever been to. The staff is always rude and the lines are always ridiculous. What gets this bad review is that I was just there and they had 1 line open 20 people deep, and 1 self check out. It's a pandemic and they should have people moving through quickly. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting groceries. 1 cashier? Really?!?! And no one was social distancing. I usually go to Giant and today I remembered why. Shame on the management! Disgusting, dangerous, and unsafe business practice. I will never go back. I feel like I was just traumatized.

I was there late last night, early this morning. Around 12:30. Sunday, March 15. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that checked us out but he was excellent. He was the only cashier working and the line was to the back of the store. The people in front of us had 2 carts filled with food. Cases of sodas, gallons of water. Everything. They were running out of money so the cashier had to start taking stuff off and putting it to the side. The people before these people did the same thing. He never got mad and always had a smile while he was taking stuff off. He had a lot of patience. You would think after all that he would have been ready to go when he got off at 5 but he said if the person coming on needed some help he would stay to help him out. What a wonderful man.

This store does not open its automated checkout lanes until too late in the morning. The Giant on Rolling Road had theirs open at 7am this Sunday morning. If you want to avoid getting stuck in line go to Giant, not Safeway.

You would think a grocery store would use typical common sense..For the seafood section of the store to close and shut down there steamer at 7p whereas, Giant, right down the street from them shuts down at 8p. Plus the young white fat guy there working had a pretty ignorant attitude.

This is one of the better Safeway stores meaning there are helpful employees, especially one guy that seems to be at the self checkout often and has a cheerful approach, and the place is clean, orderly and the lines are handled. To the manager - the young man at the self checks is very helpful.

This is about the gas station. It's great that this Safeway can provide gas at such competitive pricing, but gas station cashiers, almost all of them has such nasty attitudes unless d*** as donkey. Then what annoys me the most is, trying to get receipt after fuel purchases, every time. Pump is always out of receipt papers, & takes cashiers 10 minutes or more to print duplicates. Please keep receipt paper rolls fed in the pumps.
