Curbside pickup is TERRIBLE. All the curbside spots are parked in by customers shopping inside the store. When you finally fight to get a curbside spot to pickup your order is always at LEAST an hour late. EVERY TIME. My most recent order was for 5-6 so presumably it should have been ready at 5PM. Here's the email I got at nearly 7:45PM saying my order was ready. Email screenshot attached. The curbside attendant said 5 minutes more. I waited over an hour more before I left. The other option is to pay for delivery which has a base cost of $12 and a suggested tip (in my case) of $40. Are you joking? This club is garbage. They said in a previous review that they would work on this exact issue and clearly nothing has changed and I expect it won't ever. This was never an issue at my old club. I've cancelled my membership and had it refunded. Just go to Costco. It's not too far away. You'll spend more in gas idling at Sam's Club than you will traveling somewhere else.

Do not come here for curbside pick up!!! You might as well get out get what you need and come back to your car. It shouldn't take as long as it's taking for me to pick up toilet paper. Also ppl please read the sign! If it says curbside pickup reserved please park somewhere else. I cannot tell the you amount of times I've showed up just for cars to be parked there and not have spaces for those of us that are doing curbside! Seriously don't waste your time coming and packing it up you're just gonna be wasting your time and waiting an eternity to get your items.

The lines were extremely long like any other day in Sams club so if you can use the Scan & Go checkout in the app but what made this trip bad was the concession stand register was down and you had to go to lane 1 to purchase your food items and of course I was super hungry the line was way down the aisle so I had to eat somewhere else

We primarily use our Sam's Club membership for gas. The prices are great but the gas station can be very very crowded at times, you have to learn when to go to avoid those crowds! The scan an go feature is a real timesaver when you are at the pump. No need to swipe membership card and payment card when you use scan and go! Also love using Scan and Go when shopping inside the club, anything to avoid those long, long lines! Giving 5 stars for the convenience of scan and go in the club and at the pump.

Why are they sooooo slow in here? Curbside order take 2 days to pick up. Online order takes forever. I mean I shop with the scan and go app so I get in and out pretty easily but when I'm doing my Spark Delivery and picking up orders for people, it takes forever.

I have a complaint that I need to share with someone :-) Overall the store is showing improvement from what it use to be. My complaint is based on a product that they carry. I love the flavored butters that they sell at Sam's, however the containers are half full. $6.97 for half a tub of butter.I called this highway robbery!!!

Member Services may place you on hold for 30 minutes, and the curbside pick up isn't a great experience. For my 6-7p pick up time, I wasn't prompted to check in. I called Membership services for clarity, then placed on hold again.

This Sam's Club is incredibly busy, the parking lot is huge but a nightmare, the parking lot is not well lit, carts are littered everywhere, and there are just people emerging out of nowhere in the parking lot no matter the time of day or day of week I've visited. Thank goodness for the self-checkout and Scan and Go features that enable you to quickly get in and out! I used self-checkout. I just needed a few items for a party so my visit was brief. I wish there was a way, like Home Depot and Lowe's, that tells you which aisle and bay a specific product is to avoid wandering around aimlessly (the generic overhead signs are somewhat useful).

I needed to get 4 tires and the price was excellent. I think I paid something like 410 for all 4 vs 380 per tire are my dealership. So the price was great. The reason I'm giving one star is because when I got my car back after the tires were replaced my rims were scratched. Noticably. 2 of the 4. So much so that I had to say something and the first person who I spoke to looked at the rims and said (I'm using quotes intentionally) "well I didn't touch that car" and walked off. That is obviously a useless answer, not helpful, and terrible customer service. I went to find the person who did the work and he immediately told me I must have rode the curbs and did it myself. Sir. I know what my car looked like prior to getting it back. So he said he would "open an investigation" and they would review the cameras and call me.No one ever called. Nothing ever came of it. And so here I am with a 1 star rating. I don't have the energy to keep chasing them about it but a review goes a long way. If your rims matter to you, I wouldn't say don't go to Sam's because they are very competitively priced and I get free rotations with them and they are standing by the tires for life. But I would make sure you take a photo or video of everything prior to dropping it off that way you can have indisputable evidence when they tell you that the issue is your fault.

The employees move around this store like they're slogging through waist high sand. Maybe it's a morale problem or just poor leadership, but the lines are usually long and the cashiers S L O W, especially if there's any sort of problem. The management or supervisor moved just as slowlyand after about 15 minutes of delay while working out a pricing problem, not even a "thank you for waiting." Not my favorite location.

Came here for one of their rotisserie chickens for a quick dinner option. And a key lime pie...and the Korean beef ready to cook with onions and seasonings. Checkout was a bit of a wait, but it's Sam's Club so what did I expect? They had a ton of other goodies, but I'm trying to stick to my list...which I didn't of course (hence the key lime pie and Korean beef impulse purchases)Overall, a great place to shop...if I could just stick to my list and stop impulse buying...my guess is that they know this already, lol!

I was told on Sunday to come back Wednesday to have my tire replaced. Today is Wednesday and no one answers. Phone rings until it doesn't... I'll go to Pep Boys.

They really deserve 0 stars. I stopped by because I had a donut on my car due to a nail in my tire. I wasn’t aware that they weren’t accepting walk ups (you’ve been warned). I asked if they plug tires. A young man said that they weren’t taking walk ups but he would find his boss. He seemed reluctant but went looking….A few minutes later another person came. He may have been the manager but who knows? He was very short with me. He let me know that I would need to make an appointment. Fine by me. I asked if it was the same if I bought tires. He said yes so I asked him to schedule it…He informed me that the first available appointment is in October. Today is 9/21/21. I have a flat. What do I look like waiting that long? He acted like he didn’t even want to make the appointment so I declined…I get it COVID has made things tricky, but good customer service is free. Every time I’ve tried to purchase tires here there’s always some sort of issue….not worth the time or effort.
