This is a very nice place. The only suggestion that I have is that the trash be collected two or three times a week, not just once a week.

My experience at Shade Tree Trace was great thus far. The leasing team was very professional and courteous. They made sure I understood all information that was presented. When I had to call them the answered promptly. When they stated they would call me back for any reason dealing with this process they did just that. So far my experience with them was great. I am well pleased. I hope it will continue when I hopefully become a resident.

My parents lived here more than 17 years and they are very much satisfied because people are nice and quiet. The maintenance are done very quickly upon request.

My wife and I are very excited and satisfied with our new apartment. It's conveniently located in the Catonsville area, close to shop, markets, stores, and the beltway. Our particular unit/building is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. We would recommend Shade Tree Trace Apartments to our friends and family.

You sent an exterminator out. He placed poison and said he would be back in a week to check for mice holes. He never came back. I had to call in and ask for him to come back. They sent a new guy, who spent about 60 seconds looking at the poison. He never looked for mice holes. He never looked behind my water dispenser even when I told him that is where I saw a mouse last. I just found a dead mouse that was crushed under my water dispenser. The first exterminator never followed up, and the second one you sent out obviously wasn't concerned about helping us get rid of the mouse. He did nothing.

Everyone is very friendly, and maintenance has been very attentive to all my requests. I couldn't be happier with living here. The maintenance doesn't play and make sure that everything is fixed and in pristine condition. They are not afraid to spend money to get things fixed correctly and even send in other companies to make sure there is nothing that would be a health risk. I am totally impressed and have never lived somewhere that takes such good care of their properties. They would get ten stars if it was available.

I have been living in Shade Tree Trace for almost 3 years. The community is nice the Apartments are large for 1 bedroom. The Matenance staff is quick to respond when needed.The young men are courteous and professional . I will be honest and say you get what you pay for. Large 1 bedroom apt backing to the woods nice deck…fully equipped kitchen …washer and dryer in unit…Plenty of closet space …close to everything…quite and clean community…Umm yeah you can do the math…Overall a nice place to live…I would love for them to rip out the carpet and replace it with something more sanitary…Maybe convert tubs to walk in shower … But that’s my wish list… I will rate them 4/5 only because of the carpet which they will clean for you once a year ?

I don't understand the visit. My cats died they are now here in my apartment in boxes, cremated. Why look all over my apartment for cats who are deceased? This was not necessary. Maintenance man was not very friendly.

I’ve lived in this apartment for almost 3 months and it has been a nightmare. I’ve had maintenance out to my house for air conditioning not functioning or pumping enough air into my apartment numerous times. Their solution to not have my apartment at 90 degrees on the inside was to get black out curtains and turn off all the lights. So now I’m just in a hot, dark apartment. Management said the air conditioning unit is pumping properly but the unit they have is clearly not big enough to cool the apartment down. I’ve asked numerous times and the answer is always the same. It’s working fine. Summer time days in the 100’s leave me in my apartment well into the 90’s. That is unsatisfactory. I have multiple fans going in each room. And still no help at all. I’ve requested now one of two options; put a larger AC unit in my apartment to pump more air or to break my lease and still have not heard back.

Exterior (steps, walkway, etc.) never been properly maintained. Rocks, branches, leaves, stained steps, etc.)Maintenance crews always polite and thorough in their visits.

From beginning to finish, the process was painless, the representative was so informative, patient and excellent customer service skills. My apartment is more than I could imagine, with the amenities and so very comfortable. Awesome sauce, thankful and grateful.
