This place is a complete disaster they gave me this nasty bill a day a go now they wont take it i got what i needed next door but i gave a lot of business of fueling my trucks here it is sad and unfortunate to make it come to an end because of desi nonsense this lady is disrespectful and my way or the highway she said no one will take that at royal farms they took the bill it has nothing but coffee on it.
If you have such a business at-least for the sake of Allah hire presentable people that can not ruin or experience Im not returning to your station it has always been ruining my early morning running into a desi who has not even learned bare minimum english.

Both the store staff are arrogant, not to mention those in the workshop who carry out the inspection, they are gentlemen who have more education, the dogs, those gentlemen, if you can call them gentlemen, always work with the idea of scamming people, do not take your car to they will leave that place regretful

If you could give zero ratings I would. The people who runs this gas station now are just rude. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I’ve even witnessed them treating African Americans like thieves. Example, my mother and I went here for gas however my mom went inside to get lottery tickets. My mother wasn’t rude she simply asked the lady can I see my tickets to make sure they are correct before purchasing. The lady proceeded to say that they are and my mom just needs to pay first. She wouldn’t allow her to see the tickets at all just kept telling her what she owed. On another occasion the door was locked for whatever reason now mind you it’s normally opened. The man that normally works there wasn’t allowing myself, this other lady and group of teenagers (3 or 4 of them) who wanted to purchase something to drink. He told them to leave

Con: I dropped my car off for a car inspection. The mechanic told me only an hour wait time and they will call me he was not busy at the moment. Never received the call waiting 2 hours. The car did not pass inspection. Paper work had things listed which did not have anything due to the safety of the vehicle passing. I went elsewhere and the car passed inspection. That being said trust only Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection.

It's 6am and pumps off? Open at 7am ? Lazy. I'll go to another Shell. One on Rolling rd is always open...will avoid this one.

Do not take your car here for service. Brought my own brakes and from day 1 had issues . They claim to not cover parts they did not install but the problem is that it was installed INCORRECTLY and they refused to fix it . New brakes should not make scrape sounds. If that’s the experience you like waste your money on these dishonest people

Nice location which is on my way home. there always some shifty characters lurk around at this location. beware always. keep doors locked and as you pump your gas,keep your eyes and ears alert.

The man behind the counter didn't want to void my transaction so I couldn't get my 20 cents of $35 and not $30 then tried to get smart like you can't get 20 cent off $5 did he just forget I said $30 then changed my mind to $35. Petty considering gas stations surrounding him was out of gas. What a way to take advantage of the situation? Pure Evil. I won't be back EVER.
