The best Christmas present I have received in a long time. I was able to close on my loan 12/30/2020 which reduced my loan by $600 a month from my previous loan. I had a interest rate of 3.87 and was able to get a 2.250 with SWMC. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am a very happy customer.

Been my mortgage company 3 years. Have no problems with their service. Gives courtesy calls periodically just to touch base making sure all is good. Etc.
