I have been a Wells Fargo customer, banking and investment, for nearly 20 years. So I would have expected it to be relatively easy to redeem a couple of savings bonds. Not so. You can see someone at the bank branches only by appointment. After making an appointment, having specifically stated my purpose, and waited more than a week, I went to the bank just now. Not only did she immediately announce that she couldn't help me, the indifferent hippopotamus sitting behind the desk in the office could not be bothered to greet me as if I'm an actual person, or even make eye contact.Unbelievable.

Do not open an account here because they refuse business if you are a walk-in for any problem. You will have to make an appointment week later to talk to a banker, first bank that does that in my life time.

So I went to the bank to try an cash my check no it’s not my bank that I bank with. I didn’t think it would be a problem to cash my check there because sometime I go to cash my check so the one bank teller I felt like he was very bias than he goes to say well it’s a stimulus check yes we all can see that but I really don’t like the service I received today and than also I’m telling him I have somewhere to be he says it’s a process how an I cashed checks here before I am very disappointed today. I will never come here ever again periodt.

I visit this drive thru several times a month. I always have great service. I go out of my way to go to this branch!

I used to go to this branch since it was Wachovia. No more. There is a racist woman who clearly does not like those of European ancestry.

I walk into the bank about to withdrawal some cash, and there is one teller and one customer who he's dealing with. There are some lovely comfortable chairs close by the teller so I grab a seat while I wait. Another customer comes in and proceeds to get in line so I stand up behind the one customer who the teller has been previously working with to signal of course that I'm next because I clearly came in first. And the teller tells me to "get in line". Unbelievable. I left the bank and went to the atm. Much better service! 😬

Great customer service. I've been banking with WellsFargo for years. This location has proven to be a great experience. The small business help Marsha Gibson gave us was very informative and helpful. I recommend this bank and it's employees.

Mary Dize, the bank MANAGER, lied to me, and then led me on a wild goose hunt to get my credit fixed. She was unbelievably arrogant and made me feel like my time/money/business didn't matter at all to them. Mary failed to contact me back over a month ago after one of her bankers failed to follow up after he made a mistake. Then she had the audacity to tell me she has been sick and understaffed and people are on vacation, and basically threw out every excuse she had. This is after a month of no contact, not a week or or two. Unbelievably poor customer service, and the manager had a terrible attitude when I called her out on blowing me off. She also lied to me about escalating the issue initially. She is not to be trusted. I had to escalate the situation through Wells Fargo (even though she lied and said she had already done it). I had to speak to so many executives just to properly relate back the terrible experience I had, which just drags an already bad experience out even further. This type of person is exactly the type of person you don't want as a banker or manager. Mary Dize is reason enough to never set foot in this store ever. Be careful who you trust with your money.
