I've been with this bank since 2008. They couldn't verify my identity when I tried to open another account online!!! OK no problem. I called to make an appointment and the banker told me I can walk-in Saturday morning. So, I did, just for one of the tellers to tell me " we do not have a banker, you must make an appointment" They need to get their business together. Now I'm searching for a new bank period. I really don't have time to waste...

I've been to this branch a few times, and it's either busy or I need to make an appointment. The last time said they were short-staffed! Oh my god, what kind of service attitude is this?

ATMs at this location is never operable. Unfair I have to drive to the ghetto or across town to deposit or withdraw money.

Today I went to this branch at approx 1220pm..The telle Mr syed shah provided me excellent and fantastic customer service.He helped me in answering my all questions to my satisfaction.He is a marvelous person. Thanks

I recently had a disappointing experience at Wells Fargo Rolling Rd location with one of their staff member name JAMES PHILLIP. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful and doesn't know how to talk to people. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, James displayed a complete lack of interest in assisting me, his behavior was both unprofessional and disheartening. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer service, and unfortunately, this particular staff member name JAMES failed to meet even the basic expectations. As a result, I would caution other customers to be wary of encountering similar treatment. I'm Very Disappointed, I will Not visit this branch EVERRR again.

James is very rude and rushed me off the phone. This is a customer service business and if you can't handle being in customer service, he should not be employed. James check your attitude. I hope management takes this very seriously.

I had a bit of a unique situation, but the teller was very unkind to me, and she made the situation very stressful. Ironic because their motto, right above her window says “We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy”!!!

Catonsville Branch:Walking into the door, my husband smiling says, “I love good service”, directed to the bank manager. She greeted my husband with a stern tone, “you must make an appointment and my next availability is Jan 11, 2023.” She repeated it over three times to him whilst I’m proceeding to the business window. Mind you, not a soul is waiting to see the bank manager.Her ire was heighten before we walked in the door. I don’t know what her triggers are, but or image or her imagined imaged rubbed her the wrong way.The teller at the business window was quite helpful and professional. I’m not holding the branch hostage because of the bank managers lack of courtesy and professionalism. I was quietly angry at her interaction with us and it escalated when I got in the car. I have never been treated that way at a bank before and I’m still bristling as I’m typing this review 3 days later.I may give them another chance. If not, there are definitely other branches.

Sharon Hayles and Barnell are lifesavers. After being told incorrect information by Bank of America, I rode to Wells Fargo to see if they could assist and they told me to come right in and reminded me that I had been given the incorrect information. I found out the representative at Bank of America does that often. Either way, these two ladies didn’t hesitate to help me in all the ways they could and I was in and out in under 5 min. Bravo Wells Fargo. Your employees are thee BEST!

I called there today and I spoke with the banker named Jeremy. I asked him what is the policy on cashing checks drawn from the bank if you don't have a bank account. He said you should cash it at your own bank but you can try to cash it here. I said I'm short on time I don't want to come up there wait in line only for someone to tell me I can't cash it can you tell me what the policy is? He says I know what you're trying to do why don't you just use your own bank. Then I ask to speak to someone else and I was placed on hold. Maybe you all can get the bankers some customer service training that was unprofessional. It's okay to not know the answer all you had to do was go find out. He act like he was mad at me about something what's going on up in there

I guess business is that good at this branch. Went there to open up an account and they told me that they only had 1 manager on duty and suggested me to go to another branch or to make an appointment... so I went over to BOA right across from them to open up an account. Mind you I have multiple accounts for years with Wells Fargo. I guess it's always good to not to put all your eggs in one basket... the employees were nice and cordial though when telling me this.
