This Ace lives up to the name and reputation of the brand. Every time you enter you are kindly greeted with “Welcome to Sneade’s” and during your visit there are always employees who are willing to help you to find exactly what you need while you’re there. Great place to find hardware needs.

I found the store to be well maintained and the staff very helpful. I received a thank you sale mailer and cut out a 20% off Ace coupon valid for 2 days. After finding many items that I needed I checked out at the register- a $150 purchase +/- . I gave them the coupon and they said they don’t accept it. It’s an ACE coupon. They’re an ACE store. A manager explained that they were a franchise and weren’t participating in the thank you sale. Needless to say I am very unhappy - I’m trying to support a small, local business and their employees. What a bummer.
I will take my business to Lowe’s or Home Depot, which are neither local nor small.

This place is always a fun shopping experience personally. They have lots of goodies for most everyone. I noticed they have happy with quick service employees in the front checkout typically and some more happy well versed employees on the floor to assist with item locations or home (or other) project assistance. The store is always clean and well maintained when I visit. The only small complaint I can think of would be items out of stock or limited quantity of items but that is most likely associated with manufacturing and/or availability, which is very understandable. Would highly recommend this store.

Went to ACE on a whim today for a few odds and ends, and Gabe was super helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to help. What a great asset to the store and a fabulous employee!

I had a fantastic experience at my local Ace Hardware! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of quality products. I truly appreciated the personal service and attention that made my trip quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects!

Can I find what I need at Sneade's? The answer is yes and even more. It's the only place that welcomes its customers as they come in. They are always available to help.

The associates are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate having a (hometown) hardware store instead of having to drive a half an hour in either direction to get to a big box store to get most things that I need. I may pay a few pennies more, but by the time I travel to and from the big stores, I can get to Ace, get what I need, get back home and have most projects finished.
