“I never have an issue with the two workers I encounter when I visit this post office. They are always pleasant and helpful. I am also grateful they are close by. The only complaint I have is the way the parking lot is designed. Very difficult to park and exit if there are more than 2 or 3 cars.”

“Had a great experience! Dion was awesome. I was trying to get a passport for my 17 yr old son and was met with a rude and entitled USPS customer service agent a few mile(s) away. Needed to make copies and the town nearby was very rural with no copying service in sight. I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy.
