If I could render zero stars I would. I ONLY WISH that I had read all of the poor reviews for this company. They are still in business treating people with such disgust.I contacted Seymour Auto Parts on 6 Dec 2023 to search for a drivers bucket seat. I spoke with (Jody), who I am assuming is the owner. He was very pleasant. However, on the following day, I contacted Seymour (Jody) to advise that the seat did not have power when attempting to install it. He immediately grew extremely ANGRY and yelled at me. He stated the seat works, maybe not to your liking but it works. I stopped him and asked why was he YELLING AT ME. I further asked, if he spoke to all of his customers in this tone, or if this was an African American treatment. I asked he if spoke to his caucasion customers in this fashion. He got even angrier and stated if. you want your refund it will be minus a restocking fee. I replied if this is your policy then it's your policy, however I do not appreciate your tone. I would NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN. I WOULD be very careful with any purchase. I realize this is a used salvage industry and I get that parts are not new. However, they charged me $140 for a chair that had NO power. I am an active duty service member and it pains me to be treated in this fashion. Serving a country of people like this, who treats others with poor taste. BEWARE.. I WOULDN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I will be notifying Charles county and the BBC regarding this establishment.

First time here and definitely had a good experience staff was very helpful they had what I needed and even let me bring my service dog along with me which technically should be allowed everywhere but some places are just not as friendly as others especially for the disabled kudos to Seymour keep up the good work

Went in got what I wanted paid the price I thought it was worth made me a very happy camper I've always liked those people I've been down here for 35 years and Seymour's been good to me

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had . Walked in there to check for some parts I needed . They said they had them wouldn’t let me check at them. And when I asked the ignored me . Manager just sat there and scrolled through Facebook. Will never be back here ?

Great customer service, had no problems with getting multiple parts pulled. Had to drive 3 hours one way here for the part I needed and would do so again if I had to.

prices are based off of high dealer parts prices and not aftermarket new....bought a used 10yr old steel rim for a nissan that was barely $12 less than a brand new after market rim on Rock Auto....and they were asking more for a hub cap than new...I only gave them 3 stars cause they pulled it within 20 minutes and had one in stock but thought the prices were high for a nothing special steel rim.

Very quick service and friendly employees. Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me get what I needed and got me back on the road asap. Highly recommend them! If you need in depth help see leon in the shop there. Super great guy and knows his stuff. I give him 5 stars for being a great mechanic. He step by step walked me through how to fix my car and even scanned my my car and cleared my codes for free when a shop wanted $200 to do it with a high end scanner and told me what autozone could not with thier cheap scanner. I will be coming back!!!!
