Inside they’re always nice as hell, so it’s a shame to have to leave this because it seems like the only complaint I see at this point. I just asked in person today (clerk at the post office agreed that my package would fit in any normal mail box) and they had no reason why they won’t leave the package in my mail box or even attempt to deliver it other than “she doesn’t deliver to your house”. The driver drove in to my yard trying to turn around like 2 years ago and got stuck (there’s plenty of space to turn around in my giant driveway, so it’s user error, we pulled her out so she didn’t have to call a tow truck or anything like that) and now refuses to deliver literally any package regardless of size, purely out of spite. Why even pretend you’re going to try to deliver it? Just leave it at the post office and call me if you’re going to be lazy and bitter, it adds so much time to deliveries for me and apparently other people.

Had a great experience! Dion was awesome. I was trying to get a passport for my 17 yr old son and was met with a rude and entitled USPS customer service agent a few mile(s) away. Needed to make copies and the town nearby was very rural with no copying service in sight. I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy. Thank you for great service and hopefully a supervisor can see this and give you your well deserved merits. KUDOS.

Watched person put mail in mailbox both times but each time my package has been cut open and stolen. I hope whoever working here gets fired.

3 times in a row I’ve watched the Saturday delivery person put mail in my mailbox then leave a note that there’s no secure place to leave a package and drive away. I don’t even have neighbors, she literally doesn’t want to drive down the driveway. UPS and FedEx have no problems delivering packages.I’ve went to the post office to pick them up and they can’t be found.It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t contact costumer service, you can’t call the main building since no one answers, you can’t go in to speak to anyone, there is literally no way to have this extremely simple issue resolved.Not to mention she puts everyone’s mail on the street in one persons mailbox so we all have to figure out who the mail belongs to.
