Can’t say enough about Kelly and the guys a EXIT! One phone call, spent a day looking at what I wanted. Never once hassled me, and made communication with the seller super easy. Didn’t matter what time of night, weekends, week days, they were there when I called! Made buying my first home super easy! In no time at all ( a few weeks), I was signing papers and shaking hands on my new house! Nice to do business with people that have been in the county for years! Very happy, won’t hesitate to have Kelly handle my next home or investment property.

Michele Burch from this office is simply the worst realtor I have ever dealt with! I tried to buy a home with cash at full price that she had just shown me hours before and she ignored my texts and never returned any of my calls! I then called and left a message for Bill Standiford at the same office and he never returned my call either! I would stay far away from this realty office!

Im not one for reviews usually. I will more often than not just take a loss to the chin and move on. A particular listing agent by the name of the lorri sample and sellers of a particular property have now made that impossible. I am aware that in particular selling situations things come up and plans change. As far as my situatIon lori was assisting sellers as my mother and I put in an offer. That offer was verbally accepted and was to be signed over the weekend. The real estate agent as well as the sellers spent the weekend instead showing the property to another group of people instead of keeping to their word and finishing the paperwork. They then came back and we were informed that they are accepting a different offer and walking away from us after having already accepted in the first place. As I am aware that it is not illegal to do so I am also instilled with a certain set of morals that would not permit me to treat someone as we have been treated. This is a dishonest company with dishonest agents and if I could sway at least one opinion with this view its worth it. God bless you Lori and sellers, as your hearts clearly need it.
