My Bill went up $100 because he updated my plan which was suppose to decrease by $30. Not the case. He did fix the issue with my hotspot but updating my plan without me authorizing it is just not okay.

Received friendly and quick service from Ariel! Less than ten minutes and problems solved. Glad we have an AT&T store on the Island. Impossible to talk to anyone from corporate.

Unfortunate experience here. They tried and failed to rip us off by lying about their inventory in an attempt to up-"cell" us. Not only did we walk out without purchasing an upgrade, we intend to seek their competition when it's time to renew our contract. You know what you have in stock, goodness gracious.

Went in here to change phone plans from T-Mobile to AT&T. Representatives were fine, and the process was painless. However, upon checking my bill, I was (unknowingly) signed up for 2 lines, protection plans on both, and a more expensive plan than originally discussed. My monthly bill went from $50 to nearly $300. I have no doubt the young men in the store are responsible for this. Must be some attempt to satisfy a sales quota. Extremely unprofessional. Classic scam-artists in this location.

I came in and was looking for some help with my phone and inquiring about an upgrade. Jordan, the manager, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to help me fix the issue with my phone as well. Great customer service and went above and beyond.

My husband went in as a new customer. He new more about the plans than the employee working in the office. My husband ended up leaving to attempt doing this online himself. As an example of what happened: My husband asked if they had iPhones in stock, the employee said "no". Later in the conversation my husband asked again, the employee went into the back and confirmed they do have them....Truly terrible experience.

Had to get assistance with my mother’s phone and Jordan was such a huge help. He was kind and thorough and did everything he could to assist us. Fantastic manager with great leadership skills

There were 2 rude men that didn’t even attend our needs and one of them ended up racially discriminating/insulting towards my parents who were ethnic. One of the guys had a tattoo on their neck, the other was African American.

Painful experience. Staff isn’t trained or motivated. I’d go to a different store location or consider another phone carrier.
