I had a great experience here today. They replaced my radiator, were happy to answer any and all of my questions even after multiple phone calls they were very understanding. They were extremely booked and still prioritized my car so that I was able to get back on the road to travel home.

Bay Bridge Tire and Automotive
I’m from out of town and feel fortunate to have found this shop. I’ve only been in once so far for an oil change and wiper replacement, but the experience was solid — fair pricing, no upsell pressure, and quick, courteous service.
I’ll be returning shortly for tire replacement, and based on my first visit, I’m already confident I’m in good hands. The tire work is excellent as well

I have lived in Chester most of my life. And after moving away, I can still say this is one of the best places to bring your car. I drive an hour just to drop my car off there.

Riding to work today, the car message appeared “reduced engine performance”. Quickly call led Bay Bridge Tire and they were able to take my car, asses, order and fix my issue. Quick, professional, reliable customer service and I was back on the road.

Went to dealer to get oil change and they recommended I do a few services. One of which was replacing four tires. They wanted to charge me $1200. Ended up calling bay bridge auto and they were more than helpful. Quick response and only paid 1/3 of what the dealer was going to charge me. The other services the dealer said I needed I got a second opinion with bay bridge auto and they told me these services were not needed. I truly appreciate a company that isn’t out here trying to get every nickel and dime you. I also appreciate the honesty this business gives. I’m new to the area but I will def be coming back for future work. No more dealership work! Thank you bay bridge auto!

This is our second time using Bay Bridge Tire and Auto and after two wonderful experiences I thought it was worth making sure everyone else knows how great they are! Both times they were able to get us in quickly and our work was done in record time! The location is so convenient and all of their staff is incredibly personable! On top of that, in today’s economy their prices are very fair which is hard to come by. We will definitely be back!

Great local shop. I’d highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for small jobs or large jobs. They diagnosed my truck for a timing job, and it’s ran great since. Also brought a car here for a tune up. Very reasonable pricing, quality work, and honest. Fast turn around rate as well!

I had a slow leak in my back tire. I called around locally and Bay Bridge was the cheapest and got me in right away. The work was done efficiently, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family!

One of the few shops willing to do aftermarket work that I found on Kent Island. They were honest and clear about their estimate. They got the work done pretty quickly and did a great job. What's more, I often have to clean off the evidence that someone else was driving my vehicle but they gave it back with no trace that they even moved it.

These guys were told to fix my window so it stays up and they decided to put a piece of wood to hold my window up.. I don’t recommend coming here for any window work to be done to your car.
