Attempted to pick up a money gram 2 days in a row. Store supervisor blocked me from picking up funds. The employee servicing me told his supervisor that he had the money in his drawer, but she told him he could not because they'd go negative. To my understanding the money would be accounted for, through Money Gram and their "books" would not be negative. Don't offer a service if you are unwilling to fulfill. Corporate offices stated they can do up to $500 in cash and they should have fulfilled.

No stars! This place is a joke! The pharmacists are rude and narcissistic! One of them actually launched a personal attack against my integrity! After putting him in his place and proving his accusations to be wrong, then notifying customer service the following day, they have now begun to purposely make every transaction as difficult as possible! I personally will be taking my business to another pharmacy that actually values their customers and treats them with respect! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are professional and courteous. There is always someone available for assistance and you are greeted every time you enter the store. The prices are very reasonable and the inventory is always diverse and stocked well. The sale prices are fantastic and the CVS rewards are amazing.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews for the CVS. I have always had an easy and nice experience with the pharmacy.

Do not go by the posted hours online or wherever else because this pharmacy likes to "surprise close" without giving its customers any notice. So, the only way to find out is...you either call them and no one answers the phone OR you drive there and they have a paper sign up that says "pharmacy closed". Then, if you call the store, the employees there can't give you any information about updated pharmacy hours because they have absolutely no clue what's going on. Horrible pharmacy, horrible customer service. Good riddance!

I picked up two prescriptions at the drive-through at the CVS and found the staff to be extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I moved here from Washington DC suburbs and the drive-through at CVS seems like everybody that work there was miserable. It's nice to be in such a friendly place.

We got to CVS at 6:14 PM on Sunday the hours are clearly marked and everything is closed. I am here picking up pictures for my daughters school project and now they are unavailable for her to finish on time.

I went to CVS to print a picture to be framed. I needed help because I wasn't sure how to edit and correct some of the problems until LOGAN appeared and offered to help me. She was patient, kind and understanding and stayed with me until I was happy with the results.

I have no issue with the retail side or pharmacy, but the minute clinic part of Chester is TERRIBLE. The provider is okay, she’s nice but the Nurse or Tech, not sure if her title is just pure rude. I tried to get some what of an idea of what I had COVID, flu, strep…. They finally saw me and texted me for COVID, but tried to brush me away to make an appointment at the drive thru COVID site even though I only had a headache and body ache and was never exposed. Not a personable nurse or tech and she just sits there and rolls her eyes at you.

I arrived a bit early for my COVID-19 test and was seen very quickly, which was nice since my drive was a bit lengthy nor did I feel great. Thank you so much.

In my experience, it has been pretty consistent that I wait FOREVER for the pharmacy to answer the phone. I was unable to refill a prescription that was previously filled at another out of state CVS via the automated phone options so I’m dependent on speaking with a person. Current wait on hold nearing 15 mins on a Sunday morning. Ridiculous and based on prior experience, their standard.
