“have been going here for almost a year now, the gym is very clean, all equipment is in great shape and maintained very well, they are always adding more to make the experience better, and most of all it is very safe. i left a $300 pair of headphones sitting on top of the storage cubby for a couple of days and they were in the exact same spot i left them when i came in this morning. staff is friendly and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.”

Missy even makes challenging class feel less intimidating and fun because she offers different levels for participants. I especially love the dance fitness class. Missy also provides opportunities for feedback and song suggestions for classes. Missy’s positive aura truly motivates me to come to class and stay in shape! Missy is the glue that keeps Club One together and running. I cannot say enough positive things about her!”
