This place is terrible the management discriminates against white people they treated me unfair as a busser I will never eat here they told me clean bathrooms every half hour and the manager Tyree is rude and does not act like a lady she is disrespectful and they touch the food with there hands in the back after smoking no one wares gloves they fired me because Spanish stick together they are terrible totally disrespectful but what can you do ..and the place has a very bad sewage smell I I ask the waitress ware the thermostat was she walked away and said we don't have one I said there has to be one and she came in the back and cussed me out then said don't clear my tables the manager Victor didn't say nothing about it Tyree the manager came in and got on me about bathrooms and wet receipts on a table witch there were none they were sticking up for the server then told me go home ..all Spanish

Upon entering the establishment, it smelled like raw sewage. The staff informed me that there was a problem with the plumbing in the restrooms.

We were there on Tuesday for the half off on entree meals, I ordered the mushroom spinach and onion omelet I'd like to say that it was the best omelette I've ever had in a long time. It came with 3 buttermilk pancakes I don't think they were cooked enough, that's why I gave the food only 4 stars instead of 5 stars. My wife Said the same thing about her pancakes they were not cooked enough. Also don't order the blueberry syrup because it was watered down at this location, go with the classic syrup it is very good. In summary I loved the service, and the omelette but didn't like their pancakes, BTW this is the first time I've been disappointed with international house of PANCAKES in my lifetime.

For today only - I wasn't able to eat here and left to go to another pancake restaurant. The reason was an overwhelmingly bad smell that I just couldn't tolerate. However, the waitress was wonderful and understanding and that helped because I felt terrible for leaving. Better luck next time?!

Took shelter in here during a massive storm because the Bay Bridge-- our only way of getting home-- was closed. Didn't catch the name of the lady working the front that night, but she was beyond pleasant and extremely accommodating of us while we hunkered down and waited for the bridge to reopen. She even gave us recommendations and directions to hotels we could stay at should the need arise. Major kudos to her. The food was also pretty good.

Even during flood warnings and massive wind restrictions where the bridge was closed, this iHop and its staff welcomed us and accommodated us in every way they could and more. The atmosphere was great, the space was clean. Above all their customer service was impeccable. The staff made a lasting impression. (Oh and the food was delicious too!)

If you go there you have to go there without hunger because they make you wait 2 hours for the food and the waitresses are terrible, they don't even ask you if they are already serving you, I would never recommend this place?

The service was poor. It took too long with the number of customers there to get our food. They would bring one item of your order out then have to wait 10 mins for remainder of your order. When checking out they could not give you any change due to not having any in the register. Staff or management did not know how to split the bill. It took over 30 minutes to check out and they still couldn't resolve the issue
