Appears over priced for what she actually knows about physical fitness and Nutrition,, highly recommend someone with a true certification in nutrition, Not sure the owner cleans and disinfects all the equipment afterwards

Jenn Wall does an amazing job as a personal trainer and during her fitness classes. I also used her to set up a meal plan for me which was excellent.

You Will not be disappointed with this yoga center and the instructors there. I have personally taken the advanced class and the restorative class and Loved them both! Debra is a breath of fresh air! I look forward to each week and no class is the same!

I have the highest recommendations for Jen Wall the personal trainer at Sculpt. She has made me so much stronger! I started with Sculpt in July and have been training with Jen two days a week since. I am incredibly stronger, more toned, and getting leaner! I also am an equestrian and my riding form has improved as a result of my strength and balance that Jen has worked so hard with me on. I also have knocked two minutes per mile off of my run time! Lastly, when my back decided to “go out†on me, Jen had me so specific exercises that got my back pain-free the next day!! I am so grateful that I made the investment in myself and the decision to take two hours a week for “me timeâ€! Thank you Jen for changing my life!

I've been exercising under Jen's instruction for over a year. Immediately I was impressed by her knowledge and ability to individually connect with her clients. She truly cares about her athletes and genuinely wants to help them achieve their goals. Her work-out regimen consistently evolved to provide the best strength and conditioning options; in the year of training with her no two sessions have been the same. Jen is attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far they can be pushed. She has helped me though personal and physical obstacles following foot surgery. She is aware of my individual capabilities and at the same time motivates me to reach my full potential in the gym. She has helped me change my life for the better!

I have been working out with Jen for almost 2 years! She has challenged me and helped me accomplish things I didn't know I could do in my work outs! Jen is motivating, encouraging and great at tailoring work outs for individual needs. She is amazing!!!

I have been fortunate to work with Jen for well over 2 years now. She is truly an excellent trainer. She is hands on, constantly watching form and making sure you are being challenged. She knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them all to succeed. Her workouts are the best- tough,but she always has modifications for all levels. Jen is energetic, knowledgeable, and committed and I can't recommend her enough. I hope to be working out with her for many, many more years.

Jenn Wall is an incredible Personal Trainer! She challenges you to meet your fitness goals in a compassionate and encouraging way that is so motivating. She listens to your needs and concerns and customized individual and group workouts that provide creative strength training and toning routines.
